This is such a simple meal that packs a punch of flavor. Great for a busy weekday! Serve this with a side salad and some garlic bread and you've got dinner!!
Instant Pot Spaghetti with Mild Italian Sausage
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground mild Italian sausage
14 oz spaghetti noodles (about 3/4 of a 1 lb package)
24 oz (3 cups) of ragu or your favorite pasta sauce
2 1/2 cups of water (use more for a full pound of pasta)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dried or fresh parsley
parmesan cheese to taste
Dang.. is that a pressure cooker? 🙂 I think I need one of these. It looked like you set the temp to Vegetable Steamer! I do not own one but I guess the instructions or a learning curve.. you learn what settings work best 🙂
What I liked was the amount of sauce there still was after the cooking process. I don’t like dry spaghetti. I like mine saucey! Thanks for sharing your recipe
