My exhusband's Father was Hispanic and they taught me how to make Chicken Mole and Sopa Rice. Watching you make this with the secret ingredients (chocolate and peanut butter) brought back so many memories of making this for my exhusband. Looks amazing! And you're so right, it is so hard to describe the taste, but as you said, it is so amazing. Thank you for sharing his wonderful authentic mexican delight!! 😋😋😋
