Je vais écrire en français car j'ai peur de mal m'exprimer en anglais. De ce que j'ai pu voir en parcourant la corruption, généralement les sims qui sont "corrompu" n'ont pas de sourcils ( cf les parents de Juliette Capp a Veronaville ), ou quand les codes génétique se "perdent" ou "n'existe plus", le jeu remplace directement les yeux par des yeux "marrons" qui sont "vides" ( quand tu selectionne un objet et que tu fais tourner ta souris autour son visage se tourne mais ses yeux sont "sans vie" ).. De ce que j'ai compris il y a des visages/coupes de cheveux qui avaient été creer au depart et utiliser pour certains personnages qui ont été par la suite "perdu" ou "supprimer" donc le jeu ne les reconnait pas et donc on arrive au resultat de la corruption, c'est une sorte de "manque de donner" qui rend le sims "illisible"

I deleted tombstones without issues, so maybe your problems are due to using cheats or mods that are causing corruption or crashes.

Does this work on a corrupted save file? I had error code 12 lastnight and my game just created a bad save even on save as & being renamed. In the end the game just shut itself and i went into documents and found no back up files or saves for the entire day (21st) so im left researching a way to potentially fix the bad files if any. In total i have 4 bad saves of the same game save numered 3-6 due to attempting to save as over and over. unfortunatly i saved over the one save file that would have worked.. ooops. Can anyone help please.

Here's another one: as a 9 or 10 year old with the Mac version in 2001 / 2002 (without expansions, IIRC) I managed to get *controllable ghost sims* on 3 occasions. This is *not* something you're supposed to do in the 1st game, and it's no exaggeration. They were all female sims who died in fires in separate families. The first one was when I started saving the game after she died, then I pulled the power plug because I realized "OH NO" and then my save was corrupted. As such, I evicted them from their house because the house wasn't loading. I moved them into another house, and it worked, but then Grandma wasn't showing up. "Where is she?" I wondered, and she had the "Following" Red Circle with an X in it on her portrait. I clicked, and if the game was paused, she showed up as a ghost. I quickly found that she would vanish instantly if she wasn't doing something, and I'd have to click on her portrait again to get her to show up. But since she'd vanish if she wasn't doing something, I had to pause the game every time, then command her to do something. She helped nicely against a later house fire, since she couldn't catch on fire, and she was firefighting while inside a fire square. ... The second time it happened, eh, I can't tell you all of the details because I don't remember. I at least had Livin' Large installed, though. The third time, it was Betty Newbie who died in a fire. I had Livin' Large and House Party installed, and I was doing the "leave the tutorial on" strategy because their moods wouldn't go down. I accidentally hit the Esc key once at night with the game paused, and Betty re-appeared as a ghost.

So I know mygame is very bloated, but Regul Save Cleaner is literally not cleaning my saves. Like, it will process some of the files but always get stuck when processing the town's file that I'm playing in. I'm playing in Starlight Shores, so right now it keeps getting stuck on the Starlight Shored ExportDB.package. If anyone could help me out with this then that would be much appreciated.

The fact that you added the wrong Elle and you and you just kept her and now she has her own lore and is fighting with everyone changed me somehow... I think about it constantly it wasn't mean to happen yet It did. she's here and the landgraab should accept that.

My theory is that the witches were added maybe because they were meant to be a standalone expansion pack developed long ago but considering the timespan of the Sims 2 becoming too long and The Sims 3 having to be released less than a year after Apartment Life, they decided to just put them there in Apartment Life and end the expansion packs once for all for the sims2..

Ngl the telescope part was painful to watch, because you can't get abducted with the cheap one. You need the expensive one. So that part was pretty pointless

I just found out about this like a week ago getting back into Sims 3 (had to reinstall the whole dang game bc EA and their stupid app broke it for me and I had to repurchase it on Steam) and I'm still figuring out my settings--like it recognizes my graphics card now but I'm lagging more than I used to--and I'm so excited to try this out when I start playing for real! Do the rc cars still work in other households after you've added the NPCs to a household?

Since these 3 neutral witches aren't playable/usable, can they be deleted or would that cause more issues?

The reason she has weird family ties is because at some point one of the Curious brothers was deleted, leaving behind some data, then the developers created this Bella Goth, and later on they created the missing Curious brother. So the data that was left behind attached itself to Bella. For this to happen, the Sim Creation Index also had to be resetted, or it didn't exist at that time. Let's not forget the original three hoods were made while the game was still in development and they contain data, hairs, meshes, etc. that no longer exists in the game.

I actually have that glitch with the sims 2 lady for icons, but it pops up for a split second when I make a new save

I moved to Bridgeport and installed Pets and after that my game likes to crash without any warning :’) maybe your way will help me somehow, I use 3booter, fpslimitter and ofc nrass mods but something makes my game crash often hmm… it’s not CC or mods problem, I’m 100% sure Edit: oh! And error 12 was my nightmare when I was using my PC with only 2GB Ram in this, I play now on my very old toshiba laptop and I never ever met this error again (4GB Ram) but I’m very happy that there’s finally some solution for this shit.

also remember to use nraas master controller and empty sims inventories!!!!!! or anything that stores object for example i clean all books/skill books: childrens books in town (i dont care about libraries etc lol) because there’s like over 3k of those unused obiects and food in other families’ fridges :3 and all pets because idc about the ones not from my family and remove unemployed homeless sims

This was literally the one reason I stopped playing sims 3 and stuck with 2...

this mod is one of the best things ever that exists for this franchise. I love it so much and it is a must for me.
