they put so much effort into making claudio and olivia look unique even though they were going to be dead. meanwhile half of pleasantview has the exact same face and the other half look like random townies (looking at you alexander goth).

@@peachymunmagenta Nah, I think Veronaville were just a testing ground for facial features. A lot of characters there use an rare templates and ancestors have some funky features in general. In Claudio and Olivia's case, they were mostly likely meant to be playable going their bios and sim IDs, but were changed for whatever reason.

Yeah Olivia Monty is one of the more interesting deceased Sims. I figured it was meant to be implied that the Veronaville parents all died in the feud somehow since they of the main 2 houses they're all dead and the teens are living with their grandparents. Also the Sims 2 really needs a random name generator for when you can't think of anything lol.

My main guess on Oliva's appearence is that she had a SimPE flag set for a visible pregnancy, but never actually was classed as pregnant at all which leads to her endless pregnancy when resurrected.
Maxis definitely didn't plan ahead when it came to what they would add I think.
I think they planned on putting Olivia into the game but they didn't want to, or didn't knew how to, put in that type of death

I really like Olivia's face! And honestly, I think Baby looks VERY pretty. Claudio does have mildly unfortunate cheeks, but that nose is gorgeous. Might have to resurrect Olivia in my game, too ^__^

If you’ve already fixed the resolution with graphics rules maker, go into your game and change the resolution in the settings like I did in the video. Make sure that the resolution settings in the game are the same ones as the ones you put in graphics rules maker.

Your game is corruption-test grounds. But is it safe to resurrect them when I take care of my game? I have all the anti-corruption mods (the only thing missing is I DIDN'T use a clean template when installing), would doing the same as you did with resureccton-thingy be still dangerous?
baby face is randomised and mixed from parents when it's born, so it can look like that or different. Very cute baby tho :v

the baby could be called benvolio, that was the name of one of romeo's friends (or maybe it was one of his relatives i don't remember) in the play

My first thought was, "isn't there already a Benvolio?" but it looks like there isn't! Nice catch. Benvolio is Romeo's friend who does his best to keep the peace... fitting for the storyline!

I think Baby's name should be Benvolio. In Shakespeare's play, he was Romeo's cousin and friend, and Mercutio's friend.

Hello! Your in-game corruption videos inspired me to play Veronaville.
Never played in pre-made neighborhoods before. And I already have problems.
I have not done anything specifically for corruption. I have no clean towns.
So I should have all the same jokes in the game :)
I just started to place in town the rest of the Montague and Capulet relatives from sim-bin.
I also rebuilt the Verona market public lot.
So -
1) After I rebuilt the Verona market, a debug super duper hug appeared on it (I did not use custom content on it).
2) When I decided to buy jewelry for Bianca Montague, her head did not appear, but there was an empty face and a twisted head of a dog.
3) I have a lot of Leader of the pack (2-3 wolves come to each family every night).
4) When Kent Capulet became a werewolf, he had a negative memory of this (although he himself wanted to become a werewolf) and the subject of this memory is not himself (but some random townie thief).
5) Bianca Montague wanted to get engaged to Kent Capulet and marry him. When it happened, it was her negative memories (HoodChecker showed that she have a Romance Aspiration, but in game it is Family Aspiration).
5) When Bianca Montague became a werewolf (thanks to Kent) she had the same memory glitch (the subject of the memory is another random sim).
P.S I am from Russia and we have a little bit different names for characters in game ^_^
Oh, thank you for sharing your corruption experiences! The head glitch sounds super scary, I think I would quit the game for a couple of days if I saw that for the first time! 😂
These issues are just game bugs, not corruption, so don't worry. The werewolf memory is a well known bug and can be prevented by downloading Creature Fixes, while the dog face is a common issue with the jewellery buy menu. As for the aspiration, she has a romance aspiration token, only viewable in SimPE; some sims have these, such as Jill Smith having one for popularity and Olive Specter having one for fortune. I can't explain the super duper hug though, as I thought it was limited to a lot... Anyway, I also encountered the dog face in the shoulder glitch and it is very creepy. I hope you enjoy your time with the premade families.

No, to my knowledge, resurrecting them doesn’t cause corruption. It’s more of a glitch but since I used the tombstone of L&D to make them have the baby and I aged him up with it, that might cause some corruption though.
