    The sound of the narrator swallowing saliva is distracting and offputting. It's probably because the microphone is to close to the mouth.

      It certainly can be quite challenging to learn and implement various new practices. In time, it will get easier and feel more like second-nature. Try to give yourself a whole lot of grace through the learning phase 🙏

    OMG! Loved this one, thank you so much for integrating ACT and putting the focus on accepting the sensations/emotions, not wanting to get a “relief” from them (that’s unfortunately the majority of meditations out there) Have you worked on a longer version in the meantime?

    Hi great content! The only thing and quite important as least for me is that the microphone you are using is quite sensitive or you are too close to it, cuz I can hear you swallow/the noises your mouth does 😂 This does that I can't concetrate to listen unfortunately. I've tried a lot of meditation videos but never had such an issue. Thanks

    I am suffering bad with my anxety at the minute which has lasted a few months which is very unusual, im even seeing a psychologist, im finding it hard to concentrate when trying to listen to these types of videos, is it just a case of trying to listen eveyday or even a couple of times a day

      Thank you for being open about your experience here 🙏 It is common for the mind to feel busy or scattered while practicing meditations of any kind, especially in times of higher anxiety. With regular practice (once a day or a few times a week), this issue tends to improve and anxiety can begin to decrease.

      Truly! I so hope a better way is found so other therapists don't get burnt out so quickly as they attempt to manage extreme caseloads (in general and especially right our of school)

      you may wish to explore resetting your vagus nerve (lots of easy reading books out there). No need for any ones anxiety to be off the scale. We can learn how to reset our nervous system.
