    Awesome message. I was diagnosed with GAD a while ago, and it took me going through many anxiety attacks and giving up to realize I needed to slowly build a routine to manage it. Some of what I've done that's helped: Eliminated coffee (the caffeine was way too much for my anxiety, I would spiral fast). Mindfulness meditation (learned some exercises from the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and online). Therapy (learned boundaries and why I needed to set them). Daily journaling (even if just one sentence, or a word).
