Where did you get those awesome orange blades??

Do you have this kind of tutorial for a mini 3? It’s a little different from this I’m sure. I want to fly inside a sports arena with an air lifted dome so I know there’s some air movement that might interfere with the drone. This might be tough because of weak gps signal. I could really use some pointers. Pleeease.

lots of comments from a few years ago talking about the orange ones having problems, im guessing the problems have been addresed by now and are hopefully safe to buy?

I need opinion from you guys, about my DJI Mini 3; I tried to fly inside my office and the drone by itself flew into window and crashed. Then I flew it at the outside and it work quite normal then when I tried to take off again at the same place, inside my office, it did same thing but this time it was facing opposite way and still headed same way and crashed like so close to the first impact place. The propellers and the orange things got damage little bit, a few very thin pieces were cut from the edges. Now, I tried inside my home, with the RTH off and it flew great. Do I need to change the propellers? I'm guessing it was because of the RTH setting, when there were no signal, it tried to get out but I still wanted to get you guys opinion.

HLG is for HDR with a BT2020 color profile which is much better than SDR video. HLG is the best setting on Mavic 3 (if you have a HDR device)...

Mini did not want to fly as it says: GPS signal lost etc. and then you can't control it anymore. Inside a building, was'nt able to vertically get higher than 3 meters... also as the signal (GPS) was bad inside. Don't you have this same problem?

..but eventually you could do the tint gradingin after processing, and one looses the glare (wich i know is what they are sued for in general, but it doesn't give that deep blue sky, rather lightly greenish. But thank now i k now i don't want it, but will do in after processing with vfx in Blender.

I am surprised its as stable as it is with no gps etc. I am much more confident now. I might get some prop guards.

It''s True bro. My DJI 3 drone was drowning into a small pond, it totally drown like 3 feet deep into the water. I found it after 2 or 3 min. after I dry it on sun. It worked totally fine.

i HAD the DJi mini 2 and unfortunately it fell in a lake and im hoping if i purchase just a replacement drone it will also work for me

Question if i film in D log M Then add The rec708 lut .. then do i add my other luts like Nordic lut on top of that or do i just add a lut with out the rec709 thanks

can you compare different brands like freewell ND filters vs polarpro. dm productions used polarpro. looks like amzn removed the buy box because it's expensive but it might produce better pics and videos

Meh, not much difference. This filter is more helpful on DSLR's as you adjust the filter with each shot, remove reflections from close up objects.

MLOG is called DLOG-M by DJI.

The original 7x camera on the Mavic 3 was f/4.4 not f/2.8. The 7x on the Mavic 3 Pro is sharper and lets in more light than the Mavic 3's 7x camera.

Hello AEM Just found your post and the comment by the beekeeper. I agree that to me they look like male bees -drones(!), with BIG eyes. I've just filmed a big bat in our yard feeding during the day - they never do this normally during the day, and it's probably 'cos of the dramatic lack of insects around this year. Anyway, I filmed it twice, once in the afternoon, and once the following morning with my Lumix Bridge camera. It was only when I started putting a YT together and looked at the footage on a big monitor, that I could see quite a few bees whizzing about. ( We have 6 no-intervention bee hives all dotted 20 to 30 metres away from the yard area). But then when I slowed the footage down and zoomed in, you can definitely see some bees changing course, and flying towards the bat, and trying to follow it. I wondered whether they were drones (which don't have a sting) - mistakenly chasing the bat as a potential queen bee to mate with, silly though that sounds, or female bees annoyed maybe by the bat's sonic emissions. I reckoned the male drone bee idea was most likely, and I reckon your footage probably confirms this. Honey bees only mate in flight, (it's thought) about 50 metres above the ground in special aerial congregation zones (acz) , so either you happened to fly into one of these, OR... all the honey bee scientists should know about this, 'cos everything I've read implied that the drones use chemical pheromones emitted by the virgin queen be to track and find it within one of these acz's. Maybe they just go for anything that moves!! Which is why they have such enormous eyes, compared with worker honey bees, which you can see them polishing with their legs, just after they emerge from the hive and take off in the early afternoon. Anyway, thanks for the video. It's made my day! Great video. What did you use for the handheld shots? Could you have used the Mini handheld? Also, your client is ok with you posting the video on your personal channel? I'm interested to get involved with these type of videos, but it's hard to put a portfolio together when most of my shots have been for local councils.

Once you connect 2nd drone, will the original drone still connect without linking.

Thanks for making this. May I ask what format the footage was in? I'm assuming you didn't use colour correction, so probably normal as opposed to d-log or hlg.

How would you do it by yourself in an area with a no fly zone but to get the same outcome look?

The Mavic 3 Pro shows no visible boca at f/2.8. Same focus with main camera at all apertures. I shoot at f/2.8 all the time and never notice any blur in the background.
