I like the sky better with no filter. I actually think your great comparison displays how well the M3P camera performs without filters in different scenes. Freakin awesome camera. Thanks!

Nice footages but can't seem to see any significant improvement of footage between them. i.e. no filter and with. maybe it's just me:)

Awesome! I love them and have been using the UV filter a lot lately. Have fun!

Yep, cant see much difference. Without the filter the colours look more natural and the image even a touch sharper, besides it can all be tweaked in post and even finer tweaked with ProRes using the Cine model. I got the standard DJI ND kit which comes with the Pro Cine package and find this vital so not sure how the Freewell Polarizer would replace the NDs ?

I wonder if the Polar Pro filter has this much green tint to it.

Polar filters are useful only in a "special angle" to the sunbeams. Circular polarizer was invented to help ( ground ) photographer to change this angle on camera on set by twisting the rotary glass. That said CPL has not much practical use on a drone, since you cannot twist it during flying , also a drone usually moves around the sunbeams thus changing the angle to the sun quite frequently. And your video unfortunately doesn't show any of those practical use of the CPL. Nonetheless polarizer IS very useful on a drone, ( the very same Freewell set arrives just today for my Mavic 3 Pro ), because it makes blue sky darker, and mostly reduces sun glare and reflections from reflective objects and bushes, trees leaves ! ( if pointed the camera to the right angle ) - yet makes colors much more vibrant and full. It is quite useful to grab the CPL and test it before taking off -- look through it and turn around -- before putting on the drone, looking thorugh and exploring the effect is easy with this particular CPL, since it is huge. ( Compare to a mini 4 pro filter, which is tiny ) :)))

Honestly, the sky is bluer without the filter. I am not seeing the justification for it.

yeah it’s really personal preference. I use it mainly for reflections and the water. and usually I use a polarizing with ND when doing video. thanks!

Thank you for showing the side by side right away. I don't know why other channels think we want to see a video of them talking in front of a camera for 90% of the video.
