    Uric acid is classified as an antioxidant. When we develop oxidative stress due to a sugar loaded diet then uric acid is just trying to handle a high amount of free radicals in the body. People who have uric acid towards lower end of normal range always prone for nervous system related health issues.

    So if a person is on calorie deficit diet whether using L carnitine results in extra fat burn or increase the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria or body sufficiently produced its own L carnitine and doesn't require any external L carnitine?

      @@themuhammadshk yep they do. Muscles need about 15 calories/ kg per day for their maintenance. Fat cells need about 2-3

      @@FittrjcI have - you don’t seem to have a clue. Calories are not a measure of food in any meaningful way from a nutritional perspective. Calories are measured in a closed system called a bomb-calorimeter which gives you a rough indication on the calorific value in any food. Humans are an open ended system! The entire premise of your videos are faulty & incorrect

    Thanks for your views and clarifying many things about his routine, diet , myths and facts. I’ve watched many of his videos, bought supplements, and started consuing olive oil (even Upasana Ram Charans wife said about it) since then. While he doesn’t seem to reverse aging, he’s shared great insights on good foods and supplements like Ashwagandha, garlic, turmeric, long pepper, olive oil etc .. He’s brought it all together in one place, making it easier to follow as a blueprint on his web site.
