Deepak looks more happy, energetic and especially JC is proud of him and what more to ask for. Equally, Bala is pushing her as he understood her capacity and abilities. Both are getting better and happier. I cannot wait for the next episode. Please upload it soon JC bhai
Great work JC sir...... you are a gem ❤. Wish to meet you in person one day. I am from Aurangabad and Deepak's friend. Also hae done Diploma from INFS. I am so fortunate that i have done Diploma from INFS. Dream is to join the team to make a difference.
Bala sir's philosophy 1) Diet - calories 2) Exercise - Frequency 3) Steps Play around with these 3 variables and you shall have it. JC philosophy Keep it simple focus on diet exercise, sleep. And repeat..
Thank you. In this session, i understood how to use daily measurment as a positive check. I understood also calorie in-out calc and in commbination with steps and exercise frequency to attain desiited weight annd inch loss.
@fittr@JC Thanks for this series and all the hardwork for us. This brought so much clarity. Just quick question Was deepak doing same sets if excercises everyday that you explained like squats, presses etc.
Hi JC, Good insights bro, do you avoid sugar intake in food while doing all this weight loss & fasting blood sugar level down. much appreciate if you can advise clearly
JC, I have been following you/your channel after watching your podcast with Dr Pal, just loved it. I have started going to the gym after a 12 year gap owing to a major back injury followed by Vitamin D deficiency & Fibromyalgia. I am 50 plus now and apparently in perimenopause but still hit the gym recently against all odds as I want to build & preserve my muscle strength for better health and mobility but my Fibromyalgia pain kills me each day. I am taking baby steps in my approach each day but need guidance on how to navigate the excruciating pain I experience on a daily basis. Could you please help me..
@@Fittrjc That's a very general statement JC which I am also aware about. I am unfortunately staying at a place which does not have good coaches and if I need to get under one, have to travel kilometers which is not practical. I need your guidance on how this can be navigated. Just FYI, I have been talking about you with my friends, family, folks and everyone I come across. I am in Delhi and can't move to Pune so need your proactive guidance on this.
@@sangs9603 no we have online coaches, you can work with an online coach from fittr. We’ve physiotherapists too. Usually people who need medical attention, I advise them against self-diagnosis and trail and error as it usually ends up bad and wastes a lot of time
they will definitely achieve the BF target, it's interesting to see if they keep it. it's off forever as being obese for a long time is a mental state. being on caloric restriction and clean eating so damn difficult. Jc and Bala. big fan of you guys. hope to meet you one day.
Hi ❤ Though I have PCOS, all dairy products, milk, yogurt, whey protein powder seem to suit my body completely and I have no issues with them so can I continue to keep dairy in my daily diet? Also, what about tofu ?
Dairy products are best avoided if you have PCOS coz they increase insulin and androgen level. If you're confirm that you have PCOS than reach out to the doctor but if you thought you have PCOS and you seen some symptoms than it can be cured by fixing your lifestyle. The most thing i recommend is trace your nutrition, complete your protein intake do some weight training, that's all you need
@@roshansingh1948hi thanks for the reply. Yes, my scan shows PCOS from the past 7 years but my BMI is 14 hence I was wondering if I can use dairy to meet my calorie goals .
@@komalgulati04 it's okay to use dairy products but not in huge amount. And don't consume milks directly, you can take paneer but in low amount and also tofu and soya are perfect. 1 gram of body weight protein are recommended for good health until you aren't going to compete in any bodybuilding show. So you can complete your protein goals from soya chunks and tofu. Eat whole grains food, consume good amount of vegetables, take care of your vitamins and minerals and you will see some changes in couple of weeks, and please do some weight or resistance training.
Keep doing weight training. Skin gets stretched while gaining weight, so really what you do is minimise the damage but not reverse. As it’s already happened

For an online coach, I am assuming that they are personally trained by you? I don't want to settle for anything less given my conditions.

But sir agar kisi ko metabolic disorder ho like slow metabolism to uske liye calories in out kese applicable hoga please explain 🙏🏻
Metabolic disorder is not a specific diagnosis, it’s a combination of multiple things put together. Isolate and identify and then work accordingly
To reduce waist and legs what we need to do ?
