I am very inspired by what you both are doing.
I am 114 kgs and want want to loose weight and be fit. I just can't make up my mind.

Hy JC and Bala..u doing grt work.i have one request...most of the common things on social media is abt how to losse weight and get shredded. There is very limited resources abt how to gain weight. For hard gainers it's quite difficult to increase diet and build muscles. Could u guys pls make a video on this topic.

We are told muscle gain is not possible in calorie deficit, how is it possible with Sapna? Does it mean body recomposition worked in her case while it may not be the same for everyone?
That is incorrect. We can definitely gain muscles in deficit. It’s difficult but it’s absolutely possible
