Good video. Not sure why people complain about the tutorial. It's a good responsible thing and it makes good business sense. It's something they had to implement. People should learn the basics even before they touch a scooter or e-bike. I have the KqI3 Max. I haven't ridden it yet due to an ear infection and poor weather. I am hoping this week sometime. TUBES will FAIL. Literally the tubes will not fit the hub. Amazon sells RUTU inner tube set 10x2.125 inner tube replacement that will work. Don’t buy from Gotrax Also, Don't expect a discount on any codes they don't work and I don't understand why the creators don't know this? Why are they supporting Gotrax with FALSE advertising. Creators Take your videos down until you have confirmation the code work.

I mean, I've never had an escooter before, and I paid $300 for mine, so far I really like it. I have no complaints. The only downside is that I live quite north, up near the mountains, and it's always quite slow when I try go go back home cause it's kinda bad on the up hill

I bought this scooter after watching your review mostly because of the weight load it carries. My one note is that I can't figure out how to put the cup holder on it for the life of me.

I'm a caregiver and my patient is only 1 mile away from my home. I ordered this model from GoTrax and I'm satisfied with what they've done! I'm only using it for my job so 2 miles a day, 5 days a week this scooter should be well worth it!

I'm sorry that this scooter is being criticized like this. I have this scooter since middle of 2023 august. I bought on Geekbuying. I took 1100 km with it. Only one i hate is the kickstand. Yes it's really bullshit, but nothing else. I've never had any problem with it and i really love it. And i hope i will use it much more.

I just got one on offer for £300 for the e500 dual motor

Bought one for Christmas present and it won't even turn on. Fully charged. After searching internet found many post of people having issues with this thing. Seriously irritated and taking it back. Right out of the box doesn't even work on Christmas morning. Gotrax pros worked flawless.

What appeals to me with that particular scooter is it has a very high max load capacity. 320 lbs. That puts it about 100 lbs. more than most other scooters on the market (Hiboy S2 included), especially those in this price range. For those of us who are looking at 200 lbs. in the rear window, that's a nice feature for a scooter to have. I wish all scooter makers would offer at least one model with an increased load capacity like the Swagger 5. Way to go Swagtron. You've got my money.

I ordered 2 of these scooters and they both were defective as well. Like you, the first one I got was DOA. Wouldn't turn on. The 2nd one turned on right out of the box but the battery wasn't fully charged so I charged it before riding it for the first time. Now it's fully charged so time for the first ride. I take it outside, raise the handlebars, turn it on and roll it down the sidewalk towards the street when all of a sudden it just takes off on its own. Never even touched the throttle but it just took off. Thank goodness I had both hands on the handlebars and was able to jerk the scooter up off the ground and grab the brake to shut the motor off. Thinking maybe it was just a fluke I carried the scooter to the street. Hop on and take off. I get to the end of the street and let off the throttle and the scooter continues to move on its own. Fortunately the brake stopped it. I turn around and head back for home. Again cruising along and as I approach my house I let off the throttle yet the scooter continues to run own its own. I get it stopped and start walking the scooter takes off again. I found that after 3 rotations of the motor wheel the scooter just goes all by itself. I contacted Atomi and they don't even know their own products. They suggested that maybe I had walk assist mode on. This scooter doesn't even have walk assist. Pus from what I've seen of other scooters with walk assist it only works in eco mode so it doesn't take off on the owner. This scooter would take off regadless of which mode it was . I liked the LED lights of the scooter, thats what attracted me to it but after 2 defective scooters I sent them both back and bought 2 Okai Neon scooters, one a Neon 2 for my wife and a Neon Pro for myself. The Okai Neon series have similar LED lighting as the Atomi Alpha.

The only con for air filled tires are they can leak and go flat. Solid tires have multiple cons such as, less grip, way rougher ride, hard as hell to install and are more expensive then just buying a tube or patch kit for $5

Air tires are way better. Way more grip way more comfortable. I sent my solid tires back they suckkkkkkkk not a fun ride at all

Solid tires are AWFUL to ride on.... As long as you're careful pneumatic are better

I have two scooters that are both down with flats. Tons of issues switching out and finding the right size tubes with the correct valve stems. Currently waiting on solid tires to arrive to get them back up and running.
