100 flights in one day - Cropdusting
Thanks Jimbo. Could watch it all day. Does the air tractor fly flat enough where you have good view of terrain immediately in front? the camera angle makes it look a lot more obscured out front there, adds to the pucker factor a bit. Looks like beautiful undulating countryside to fly around there.
In Mississippi we use auger trucks that bucket has crushed to many planes and pilots dangerous

Thank you for sharing
Awesome as always Jimbo! Keep em rolling out mate. Wish we had clips like this when we were kids. Would have saved lots of mornings freezing on the fence line at home to watch butch Erni burning Avgas 👍🏼
Well that was EXPENSIVE.
i will fly this ac soon hope we can sharing about this aircraft
The flight panel is so clean on that aircraft...it's so clear of clutter. Maybe it's the white coloring of the panel that makes it look so clear and easy to read and distinguish the gauges.
I immediately love how simple the flight panel is, compared to other aircraft.
Imagine while your flying you see Mount Everest 🗻
Just awesome 👌

i missed the tigers , cubs , austers era , got into cleaning a 300 closed cockpit , as a school oy in 65 . pilot was russ howell for james , joined james many moons later ( 83 ) and the pilot was x tiger era , over 30,000 hours when he retired , so glad i got a taste of ag flying
thats a pretty flash strip for a kiwi ag pilot , awesome drop off , most strips in nz were grazed before we got there and covered in poop , poop under the wings was less fert in the can , nice area for gliding in nepal ,
hellava a way to spend a day and best fun with ya pants on .. loved it untill i lost my medical
SIMILAR WING AS THE WW2 GERMAN DIVE BOMBER WITH WHISTLE.
When we flew into Laluka the pilots passed a bucket around for tips
Great channel, great videos, great piloting... Just exceptional ! Could you tell me what the spreading width usually is ? Is it varying according to each product ? Also what is the typical rate per/ha that you are applying ? Thank you
Strange question, but what hit the windscreen at the start of the 2nd run? A large bug, or bird shit? Either is surprising given the altitude lol.
Hey Jim! Been watching for a while now and just started at NAC, your videos have inspired me to consider a job in Ag work once I’m done!
SALR is 1.5 degrees per 1000 not 2, otherwise great little video.

My Grandfather Malcolm Corich was a Crop Duster pilot in New Zealand 🇳🇿 I asked him why he didn't try and fly in the Airlines. He said it would be boring , like driving a bus. I think he made a good point lol 😆
Great to watch. and listen to your comentry.
I live in otaki ive always wanted to fly but as a young maori male growing up in this town ... It's like yeah Right mate ...out the ears straight away + could never afford any type of direction into flying a bird.. 32 now way too late now
Great video Jimbo like the relaxing, chilled commentary brought back a lot of memories from when mother and i run land Corp blocks on the Westcoast, old locky was flying around for air sow had some great fun with him, keep them film's coming 😊👍
My father was one of those. Gone now of course. He flew the Tigers in and around Te Kuiti and later the Fletchers. I believe it was with Robertsons at the time. When they were demobbed from the Air Force they were given the option of going into ag flying or, if you wanted to take a chance, joining the fledgling airline known as TEAL. They would be retrained for the flying boats. Most didn't see a future flying Sunderlands so went into ag. What a missed opportunity!
Yeah, this approach has to be done by the numbers...yikes.
A wonderful flight commentary for a remote part of the planet. A place that seems to make you want to now visit one day!
great video.. fascinating......you guys know your stuff alright.
Awesome video thanks, and great explanation of what you're doing.
It's not PNF meaning Pilot Not Flying. The right hand seat pilot,-copilot is called Pilot Monitoring.
