Hey I'm Cody! Welcome to my channel. I'm a young hotrodder, who is fighting to save as many classic cars as I can. My channel is predominantly will it run and junkyard videos, where I take an abandoned car and bring her back to life using simple techniques and cost effective products. I also "restore" cars back to decent looking street cruising rods, nothing on this channel is completely restored and never will be, this channel is for us on a budget who just love classic cars. I specialize in 1940s, 1950s and 1960s but occasionally venture out a couple decades. I am 27 years old and I hope to get more young people involved in our great hobby, we must have young men and women to carry on our tradition and that's my goal. I'd really appreciate it if you'd subscribe to my channel and watch me goof off with old cars. Thanks and God Bless!

ruclips.net/video/MmGt3gBNpho/видео.htmlsi=U6Qc1UZzP9XVXanu thanks for watching!!
I would rather see the 55 start
I daily drove it for a couple years up until it spun a bearing, but I do currently have it pulled out the car to rebuild it. Just having a hard time finding parts unfortunately
Excellent Video Cody :) , Faith :) on part 2 on this old 1951 Ford car with Flat head 292 V8 sounds super good and want be alive again Lol!
Thanks a lot, I appreciate it! That flathead sounds great!
💋
👀 thanks for watching!
Awesome!!!!
I agree! It’s a great feeling to hear it running again! Thanks for watching 😎
34:24 you skipped the fun part. Took 40 minutes to get the head off in our video from monday
Lol yeah those pesky head bolts are a pain, thanks for watching!
Shoe boxes are so cool. I want a coupe. The business coupe is cool with no back seat
Yeah I'd love one of those as well! Thanks for watching!
@CarolinaCustomClassics that headbolt you broke is the same one I broke but on the other side.
@@adventureswithedna oh wow it must be a troublesome one? I need to pull the head back off and remove it, I’m sure it’ll run better if I did
@@adventureswithedna did you weld a nut on it to remove it?
@CarolinaCustomClassics I tried but couldn't get enough heat. Plus it was almost flush. Ended up having to drill it
Greetings from Sydney NSW: Didn't scratch the paint, mate.
Hey, thanks for watching!! And haha I tried not to😂
Sound like it's down one cylinder otherwise not bad.
Thanks! I agree, I'm hoping maybe it'll come around some
It does sound good it needs to drive
Thanks, I definitely agree!
That old flathead sounded good. I think you got a runner there Cody. I would definitely see if you can get it to move. That’s awesome. Have a good rest of your week. 👍😎✌️
Thanks! Yeah hopefully it runs good enough to get it down the road!
Sounds really good. Old Fords never die!! Great video. Be safe and stay well.
Thanks man, it definitely does feel good to hear it run again!
That old flathead runs pretty good!
Thanks I agree it really does!
She's not really idleing. Fix the carb, and add a boat tank, plus electric fuel pump, then get the motor down to about 500 rpm.
Close enough for me lol, I’m trying to sell it asap so I’ll just let the next guy play with it some haha thanks for watching!
Good Job 👍 Sounds Great 👍
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Can’t beat the sound of a V8 Ford flathead
I agree! Thanks for watching!
She sounds fantastic. I always liked your videos glad to see you back on. What happened to the Bad Chad build ?
Thanks I appreciate that, glad to be back! I did some more work to it and eventually sold it unfortunately
Really satisfying to hear her running.
It really is! Made all that hard work worth it😎 thanks for watching!!
Henrys original V8😁
One of my personal favorites 😁 thanks for watching!
Sounds real good Brother How about the 55 Ford there what are you going to do with her
Thanks brother much appreciated! And eventually I want to get back started on her, daily drove it for a couple years up until it spun a bearing. Currently have the engine pulled out to rebuild but it’s been tough finding all the parts.
Great job Cody. The spray bottle was a new one on me but it worked great. All the best to you and Faith.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it and yeah the spray bottle really worked out well.
Wow, impressive!!! Sounds good!!💯
Thanks for watching! It took a lot of work to get it running again!
@CarolinaCustomClassics no prob!! Yes, it did. You had to get the valves unstuck and all! Great job!! 💯
@ thank you very much!!!
@@CarolinaCustomClassics you're welcome!
@@CarolinaCustomClassics very interesting to watch the old classics brought back to life!
Where are you located if u don't mind me asking I noticed the Carolina part in your name I'm from Gaffney SC
Hey, thanks for watching! I'm near Aiken SC😎
Glad to see ol girl coming alive! 😎
Thanks! Glad to have you apart of it!
What a sweet car! Lots of luck with it.
Thanks, I appreciate it! Hopefully it's a good running car soon!
Strange that you found rocker arms inside a flathead equipped car….😉
Haha I know right, I thought the same thing lol thanks for watching, much appreciated!!
Great video to you both
Thanks I appreciate the support!!
After all these years......amazing!!

Whatever happened to your uncle and his channel?
Hey, thanks for watching! I think he lost interest sadly
I like that Fordomatic drive badge. It would look cool on a Chev....
Haha it would! Thanks for watching!
I'm more interested in the 55 Fird behind it.
It was my daily driver for almost 2 years until it spun a bearing and I was in the process of rebuilding it but parts are just too hard to find, so probably just replacing drivetrain with something else in the future. Thanks for watching
Great to see you saving some of our automotive history!
Thanks! It's definitely something I enjoy doing.
Great video. The old '51 looks pretty good for a survivor. And it's alive!! Would love to see a part 2. One of my bucket list cars is a birth year car....1955. And I'm a Ford guy. Saw a 55 Victoria for sale near me this past spring. Original 292, auto, glass roof and the two-tone red-and=white paint. Beautiful. Was a long way beyond my $$ bracket though. Be safe and stay well.
Thanks i really appreciate that! And yeah the 55 ford is a cool looking ride, one day I’d like to get back to mine or do something with it!
