It's really sad, i'm dealing with a house teardown and rebuid beside me, after 5 years from huricane, they bring in 40 truck @ 20 yards eack on a 70 ft. wide lot. I go the City worried about getting flooded and they give me a paper showing all the water from the lot goes to the road. They pour the footer 3 ft. above ground level, i go back to the City, they come out and say, their not comeing back, give the builder a chance. Okay he hires his own inspector........So what does that say, he says he's built houses in Lynn Haven and he knows what he can do.....Sounds like someone is getting a kick-back.............
