Eleven days before the trial of James Finch, desperate prosecutors accused him of talking to witnesses. They brought him in front of a federal magistrate.
Lynn Haven City Manager Vickie Gainer told the FBI that she saw him do it. 🙄🙄
WMBB-TV spent all day yesterday leveling accusations against Finch as though their lies become reality if they say it enough.
The magistrate denied their ridiculous effort to get Finch on SOMETHING.

The feds are charging him with writing a $5,000 check to a former Commissioner back in 2017.
They call it a bribe even though the City Commission voted unanimously after staff recommended the projects.
