More than $300 million in FEMA flowed through Bay County after Hurricane Michael hit Florida on Oct. 10, 2018. The CAT 5 hurricane was the strongest wind storm to hit the U.S. in 50 years. Local bigwigs couldn't keep their hands out of the cookie jar. So far, no elected officials have been held accountable.
