@RcPlayer-tt2vw I've only compared it to what I own. Which was the x maxx. However, some people have stated it's closer to the slash. I have done a full unboxing video it's pinned at the top of the comments if you would like to see the chassis in detail.

@ I seen it and forgot , I read a comment as well and was just curious. I guess if shock towers are incorporated it’s a maxx style , either way it’s there style .

Fair comment! I agree it's expensive for what it is. But let's face it Rlarrlo destroys itself with poor customer service. Arrma currently don't have a comparison the same scale. However there Grom's blx seem awesome but its way smaller in size. I actually have one on order 🤔 If your looking for best bang for bucks yes the mini maxx isn't the car. But if you want cheap parts along with support and service I can't fault the brand. If you have been following the channel for some time you would know I was dead against Traxxas. I left being bias behind to give honest feed back and I've never looked back.

@Booth73 I don't have a rlaarlo omni, so i couldn't compare aginst that. However, at the end of the video, I carry out a comparison for size. It's a 1/12th scale.

But my big thing was I dont want a 14th scale truck again they just seem to small for me. I have like 3 10th scale cars and 2 14th and the small ones never get used bc i hate the size. Just personal opinion lol

@Booth73 which is fair! It all depends on where you use them, etc, too. In the unboxing video, I put it next to a 16th to show the difference. In this video, I have put it against a 12th to show the size.

Where not disputing a whole 1 - 2 mph are we lol, just get one of the various MJX trucks. 2.5 - 3 times cheaper, much faster & tougher.

@gillian9178 Phil most likely put a vxl 3s system in it and sent it! It all comes down to how it's used. A hobbywing max10 sensored motor would be a safer option. However, if the diffs are breaking with 3s under normal use not jumping, then there's a problem.

I guess the council really needs to be doing their job! Litter in the UK is a major issue. After watching this video, at least you know if the car is for you or not, I guess 🤷🏽‍♂️ and that's the purpose of doing in-depth unboxings and first run videos 😉

@sikretongorasyon729 If it's totally stock, the electric, it's so much quicker! However, if gas and you put a taylor big bore in it, then obviously this, but the taylor engine isn't cheap to buy.

No way! That is still cheaper than the UK Its £279.00 in the UK that's $353.49 USD

USA dollars is stronger then uk because we get everything cheaper.

How does it convert to $359 USD when we actually pay $250 for it. You guys in the UK should then be paying $180 for it

I'm still waiting on my brushless grom. But the grom is much smaller in size. Mini maxx could go more places due to its larger size.

@SingermanRyun we are seeing a lot of small RC cars trending and seemingly to be very popular over the last year! Ever since Wltoys and MJX came on the seen it's seems to have popped off well for the smaller scale bashers.

@allyoucando8486 From my understanding, if it was sold as different options, it would appeal to an even larger crowd. Such as options without battery and charger or as a roller or as it is.

@rcjoe406 They ain't cheap, that's for sure. But they do come with the battery charger, etc. Also replacement parts are cheap to buy, I guess which reflects in the buying price. 🤔 I was on the fence but glad I did buy it.

@rcjoe406 It would have been nice for them to give customers that option! It's a bit like what Arrma did with the Gorgon. They offered it with a battery and charger, without a battery and charger, and a kit form.

@retrorider80sbmx23 MT10, in my opinion, is a great car, but the quality is nowhere near as nice as the mini maxx interms of the chassis. I've got an MT10 on the channel. Just my personal opinion!

I have the flux xs and have a mini maxx pre ordered. I've been told I can pick it up the 29th when the hobby shops are allowed to release them. I will do a comparison video. From a working on it aspect I did a unboxing of the local hobby shops demo model and the mini maxx looks like it will be a lot easier to work on. The flux xs I've sent over 30ft into the air and crashed well over 50 times. I plan on testing the mini maxx the same
