Adventuridge Camping Accessory Kit
Here is a short video of the items you will get in the Adventuridge Camping Accessory Kit. Personally I think this is a bargain, buying these individually will cost a great deal more. I hope this gives you the information you are looking for.

Castle Eden 4 Mile Circular
Просмотров 168День назад
TODAY we are completing s 4 mile circular walk. I parked at the Castle Eden Inn. There is plenty of spaces and you can always pop in for a well deserved drink after the walk. The walk it self is fairly easy but take care when walk onthe outskirts of Castle Eden Dene. The path can be steep up and down. Keep checking the map as I found out the hard way, I took a wrong turn and ended up wasting ar...
Edmundbuyers 3 mile circular walk

I had a nightmare with the rain, it immediately damaged my microphone so again I apologize for the poor audio. The weather is so random when you go to places like here. We did just over 3 mile which was probably perfect for having Bobby in the pram. The hills were steep and some were really muddy, i'm surprised i didn't slip to be honest. The walk it worth it just for the view. Comment if you d...

Cassop & Quarrington 5 Mile Circular Walk County Durham
Просмотров 22214 дней назад
Here is a 5 mile circular walk around Cassop and Quarrington. The views round these parts are amazing. The walk it self was great. The gates dividing fields were in good condition and there was only one time i struggled with Bobby going through a tight path and the trees were in my way. If you get time i strongly recommend you try this walk. Comment if you do.
Coxhoe Nature Reserve Circular Walk
Просмотров 25828 дней назад
Here is a short walk around the Coxhoe Nature Reserve. As you can see in the video the path is not best to walk at some parts. Although when past the long weedy thin public path it is a nice walk. Parking is on the side road at the bottom of Coxhoe outside the Pottery. The walk consists of walking on farm land, old rail lines and a tarmac back road.

We stayed one night at Glen Camping in Barnard Castle. Nice people that run it. To book you must find them on Facebook, details are on there. 1 mile away from Barny. We used the OEX Coyote 3 man tent. Rained quite allot while putting the tent up. Video has been edited quite abit as the fain damaged footage on my phone. Hope you enjoy the video.

Here is a video of a walk which is roughly 3 mile. It starts at the Saxon church and finishes here. The walk takes you to High Etherly and along the Weardale Way. Plenty of things to see and do while being here.

Croxdale 5 Mile Circular with the Hauck Runner 3 pram
Просмотров 3735 месяцев назад
Took my son out for a walk around Croxdale, the walk was roughly 5 mile. At the beginning of the video you can see where i went. I took out Bobby's new Haux 3 runner pram which turned out to be great. Money well spent. The only chew i had was getting over fences without a gate, in future when i take this pram out i will do research and make sure there is only gates. I hope you enjoy the video.
Smiddy Shaw Reservoir Very Very Windy

My daughter joined me today on a short hike around Smiddy reservoir, it was extremly windy. I dont think my mic was working through the majority of filming ehich is why it is quite horrible to listen to. The walk is shown at the beginning of the video.
Ferryhill To Cornforth 6 Mile Circular
Просмотров 4095 месяцев назад
Here is a video of a circular walk which i started at the top of Ferryhill's Carrs nature reserve. This took me down towards Ferryhill station but turn left at the round about. Take the first public path left past Matison's Bakery. Then follow the public path towards West Cornforth. As you can see in the beginning of the video I have created a OS Map version of the walk. If you complete this wa...
My Son's First Day Hiking And Cooking Outdoors

Here is a short video of taking my son Bobby out for his first adventure. We did struggle to get him up to the waterfall but it was worth it. We cooked our lunch near the Bowlees visitor center. I was shocked how good the rice turned out.

Neighbour hood watch
Castle Eden looks beautiful and peaceful. Great walk.
Just bought same model , brilliant
This is the first time I've heard that accent from a kid, it was funny/cute. Your eggs looked good.
Good old Aldi They really do have some bargains at times. Think my best buy was a £2.99 headtorch which is still going over a year later on the included batteries
Yep I agree there some absolute bargains. I wouldn't say it's all quality stuff but it does the job.
It was always a pleasure to get lost on my bike in that neck of the woods. Great scenery - just try to avoid Sherburn Hill.
Great to get the kids involved, i remember dragging the kids up the moors on my back sling. Was pretty difficult! Keep it up, nice person, nice dad
Iv not watched many, but your right up my street. you gotta be from Teesside right?
North East yeah 👍. Thanks for watching.
Omg I'm sorry for scaring you in sainsbury's today it's not everyday you meet someone famous in ferryhill 😂
That's never happened to me in Ferryhill. Thanks for saying im famous its nice to be appreciated
The mini goals have been removed cause acousonaly the youth team that i play for train there and the building outside of the main part people climb on i can but i wont out of respect
If everyone respected other peoples property we would have a lovely area.
@@DaleTomkinson agreed
Rubbish..... took it back as poles bent in slight breeze! Spend your money on something better.....I got a sided gazebo then in lidl for £69...no chance of it breaking. Asda now want £50 for this.....😅😅
I took it to the seaside once. It lasted 2 minutes on the slightest of breezes. I agree with you on this one. Iv seen better out there.
You are a great Dad Dale. I take my hat off to you. I'm still loving the intro, by the way.
Thank you very much. I try my best
Key at no.28 across from the back of church, love that trust thing, all the best.
Ahh thanks for sharing.
Hi mate I was the person that said hello in ferryhill station lol , have you don a video in the the old mainforth colliery site
Hello mate. I have done a walk round there I think.
Grew up in chilton in the 80s and 90s. We always called those woods the 'planty'
I think i remember it being called that when i was up the comp.
Looks worth a drive over from Hartlepool. Sheep might not be impressed with me collies like...
give it a go mate.
Did you use it? I couldn’t find another video. I’ve had one of these for years and never used it .
Yeah iv used this quite a few times when i first got it. Although one night i got a little too drunk and fell on it. The poles have not been right since. Good tent for the price.
Really helpful mate spot on thankyou
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching
Looks lovely 🤩
Class round there.
Is it doable on a mobility scooter?
Parts maybe
Today today well back to another video love that remix 😂
Thanks a friend did it from the sound from a dryer. Amazing skill really. Very catchy
Ahh this is the one im looking at! Just found your channel being a camping newbie, subbed!
Welcome aboard :)
I just bought the Adventuridge Tunnel Tent that is on their website, for £80. Big mistake its a 4 man I realised after purchasing and only wanted a one/two man tent to walk around in my rucksack, exploring. Had to take it back it was too big and far too heavy at 10KG to lug about. Aldi were fine and refunded no issues. Will teach me not to check
If you could recommend a one or two man tent that would be good for lugging around in rucksack? Naturehikes look great even though double the price!
If you want a low budget tent, I would recommend the OEX Hyena 2 man tent or maybe the Phoxx 2. Get it on a sale it could only cost around £55. I would say anything better than that your looking at £100 plus.
Love your family time camping videos Dale. You definitely need to do more of them.
I always try to do a video when we away camping. Thanks for watching.
Great video dale , both my wife and i noticed how much Mia has grown up and its nice to see you both doing what everyone should , im well impressed mate , thats me first sign and im of with my jackal 2 . Take care mate 👍⛺
Thanks I'll let Mia know you made a comment. Take care.
Do you have a postcode for the car park please? I get a bit anxious about car parking. Silly I know. Thank you!
I dont sorry.
Nice one Dale, I'm sat on a tarp by a lake with my dog at the moment, having some scran & a brew, at almost 7:30pm & it's still scorching...!🥵😄 Good to see U out again & look forward to the next one...👍
Thanks Kev. Sounds good where you are. Weather is canny at the minute. Make the most of it.
Nice walk Dale ,nice to see you back mate 👍 its good to eat outside instead of being stuck inndoors
Thank you. There is a difference in taste when cooked outside. Could be the bugs giving it some seasoning 😂
Yeh a few flies add to the taste Dale 😉
Hi,what’s the charge time on this pump.
Hello, I think it is roughly 1 hour. I have noticed there are quite a few more versions similar to this.
U can use that for heavy wind n rain
I should hope so.
A great day out and rhe visitor centre has great cheese scones!
Yes lovely place to eat.
Got 4 sage green one's a few months ago, they work
I had mine out quite s few times now. Still going strong.
Hey very informational😊 Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Great review brother.have the bobcat 1 but this has more space
I would choose this over the phoxx 1 and bobcat. Good tent at a cheap price.
Hey mate have a berghaus jacket you might like it’s waterproof nice dark green. Goretex. If you want it. Size small to medium.
Hi thanks for the offer. Im a size large and X large lol iv put a little bit weight since my son was born lol
Recently bought this tent not used it for wild camping yet but as I’ve not really put up any tent on my own in nearly 50 years lol thought i needed a practice run in a field not too far from me unfortunately I live in a flat. Managed to do a fairly decent job even in quite blowy conditions. Watched loads of videos of this have to say this is the best one well done mate excellent. That tip of leaving a peg in the ground during packing away to maintain tension is brilliant no one has ever suggested that in any video I’ve watched. It’s definitely a fabulous piece of kit even for a total novice like me. Nice to see your dog fit comfortably in there too as I intend to take my dog with me camping as I do on all my hikes. Might be a bit of a squeeze if the wife ever decides to join us though.
Thanks for detail review very nice. Yeah I always find that 2 man tents dont really have the space for everything. 3 man is perfect for 2 people with kit. Im glad my video helped in some way.
Hi I’m looking to relocate to this area from London for a quieter life. Can you recommend a good area to buy ?
Anywhere in County Durham i think you will find the people here are very welcoming and pleasant. Like everywhere there are not so nice people.
I just got this whole kit for 50 cents at a thrift store! Almost as great as when I found a Lixada titanium cup with lid and stow pack for a dollar! Got it home, opened it up and it had a Soto Amicus pocket stove inside it!
really im not familiar what that is.
We've done this trek in the snow. Excellent hike.
I think this is my most visited area to be honest.
Great vid Dale, that is a truly beautiful place... I missed this yesterday, so thought, "I gotta watch another video-Tday....!"😄 The mounds/hills, they were actually quite a size & looked abit like a giant Tele Tubbie Land, so I was half expecting that freaky sunshine baby thing to pop up...!😯😂 Very knowledgeable & informative, plus great entertainment... Ya gotta get ya Mum to stick some snaps up of U 2 crossing the river...✔️💯 But the buggy demo going through that rocky puddle was very funny...!🤣 Did U swap to a Doll at that point, cause was very bouncy & I was laughing so hard that couldn't focus properly...!😂 Best wishes...👊
I didnt think at the time to be honest about Bobby bouncing around, it doesn't help that i cant see the front.
Great video, Dale. I love your presenting style! Your videos are really interesting and full of cool tips to try. The views were amazing, I've never been to hill end. Bobby is so sweet! You can get that pram anywhere, that takes some skill! Hope Rosie is doing well, looking forward to seeing her in future videos.
Thanks so much!
it's a nice place there, i normally cycle there from hamsterley forest / elephant trees and back over to wolsingham (by crossing over the bridge @ 14:36) - you continue to a road that takes you towards white kirkley - and you can continue up towards the elephant trees that way on the small road, or back track down towards frosterley then along to wolsingham (i do by bike, but there is a footpath over the white kirkley road you can do - but never done that myself..) hill end must hold a lot of memories from the city folk as there's always cars parked up and in the summer there's hundreds of people there...luckily they all go there and not to some of the true hidden gems in the area.. :) 17:26 - not sure there's a real way through back as I've though about going that way on my bike but never risked it as i think you have to go through that farm..
Thanks for your comment very interesting as usual.
Aww lovely film Dale, great to get the kids out regardless of how old they are. I remember taking our girls hiking for the first time when they were just two years old, they’re 15 & 16 now as you know but they still love the mountains. 😊
Start the young enough to realize why people like these places so much. My mam used to take me out at a young age.
Hey mate where is the berghaus from it’s so cool!
I got it from a car boot sale for £12.. I have seen some on Vinted but for allot more.
Always nice to hear people's stories. Wonderful place to be around growing up. Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching.
Hi from cumbria...Well dale you've cracked it for me my playground known to us as beckbottom... (always busy on summer weekends) born on the farm above trees behind you . not far from hillend hamlet. ..early in vid ....then we farmed further up valley the quarry was a fave spot for playing as kids... the chalets and caravans were favourite for people from sunderland and Newcastle etc back in the day....thanks for this brill👏👏👏👍
Excellent to hear about someone who has lived in the area. What a beautiful place to be brought up.
How much does it weigh?
it weighs 0.82KG
Thanks!
Just in case it matters, the old model is much heavier, my scale says 1.6KG. I drove to aldi today hoping to find this one, but they only had the other one. The design is very similar, but the tubes are steel instead of aluminum. You can spot the difference from the bag, the heavy one has a canvas bag with a carry handle.
Dale - Thanks for showing the Map at the start - It enabled me to plan a route with my App We started off from and finished at the Winning Post PUB - We headed up the hill to Kirk Merrington and followed your route then Back - 6 Mile's total We would have got lost had you not put the MAP up - thanks What an awesome walk it was mate - Brilliant views etc many thinks sir
Glad i was abit of help. Iv spoke to some who have lived in the area for years who didnt know a walk was there.
You must visit high force dale. It will.take your breath away. Put it on your site one day!
Hi Ian I have got one of high force with my dog Ruby before she got put down. It is breath taking I like to go when there's storms.
Been to barnard Castle hundreds of times and it never fails me. The walks, river tees, and middleton in teesdales are a gem. And am glad you did that walk. You can walk that route so many times and you will never get bored of it. Well done Dale.
Thanks Ian
