Hi thanks for watching. I have been thinking about that night. I didnt have any breeze coming into the tent, it makes me think if it was condensation. But i wont know until the next time i take it out.
Iv been in touch with the company I bought it from. They said I can take it back if I want. I was shocked as it's 5000HH my other OEX tents have never leaked. Hopefully it's just my tent maybe there's a fault.

How much was the tent dale?
I ended up paying £59 at Millets in Darlington. I compared GoOutdoors then used my friends student discount.
