Dope video. Out of curiosity, are there any black based model train clubs in MA? I just got into the hobby early 2024 and that's where I live. I'm interested in joining the hi railers club in the greater Boston area but I would love to either be part of or eventually help create a black based model train club in New England.

Dear Ben, beautiful layout, beautiful vid! Love the narration and explanations while moving around the layout. Very cool to see how the underground subway deck is designed and constructed. Beautiful video guys I’m so sorry you have to move… I can’t imagine the cost that’s going to be involved but when you love trains as much as you do it’ll be worth it to find another place and I wish you so much luck… There is an O scale layout inside a church in Stamford Connecticut that’s been there for 50 years I just hope they never have to move!!!

My brother-in-law was buying something else from a guy on FB Marketplace and saw the guy had the complete set, UNOPENED! They will be mine when I go visit him in the near future. I'll definitely post a video when I get them in my train-lovin' hands!!!!

15:40 that makes no sense that stairs lead to nothing. Should have at least continued the stairs through and up to SOME kind of side walk or idk what, that's so jarring

The Lionel city of Miami train sets all plastic feels cheap. It would have been nice if it was metal and had a nice gloss finish instead of yellow and green flat plastic color imo

Wow!!! That lumber yard was build by my grandfather Al Spaventa. I would go up with him every Wednesday to help him work on the layout for whatever project we were working on that week. Those buildings took so much time and effort but he got it done. He was a very active member of the club. He had the biggest display case and was the treasurer for a long time. It’s so amazing to see that they have it all up and have our name up proudly. My grandfather was very proud of his work up there and would be so happy to see that they continued his legacy with that.
