Everyone does a super kick these days and a spear. They don't feel as special when you see them now. Stevie you should have definitely put yourself on this list, but I understand why you didn't. I really liked Lance Storms one.

Hogan has turned down fans for autographs. He usually doesn't, but I have seen him turn down people when i was in Florida traveling for work. I am not sure what was happening, maybe he was in a bad mood and has the right to say no, but he absolutely has turned down fan autograph requests.

When Hogan played 'Thunder Lips' in Rocky III, he was stood on a raised platform to make him look bigger ! I bet he forgot to mention that ?.

I'm not sucking up at all here, but the very best superkick I ever saw was Stevie vs Booker T at Insurextion 2001 at Wembley Arena. I was there for it and it was brutal!

one wonders why the company does not try to push everyone in every spot as hard as they can. it seems to me that the more talent you have over, the more money you make. i've always liked stevie, but he was never one of my favorites. perhaps if i heard that original promo he's talking about, that could have been different. just the summary of the promo i find to be really impressive. has western wrestling forgotten that you can tell compelling stories on every card, from the openers to the main event? it's something i really appreciated in lucha libre when i was binging it a few years back, they told dramatic and compelling stories in every single match. a few of my favorite feuds were the openers, wrestling each other every single week from one ppv to the next.

The first three I thought of were; Chris Adams, Shawn Michaels and Lance Storm.

Chris Adams was before my time but I can see the inspiration for Stevie and Lance Storm. My top 5 would be: Shawn Michaels Lance Storm Dolph Ziggler Stevie Richards (legitimately, not because this is his channel) Adam Cole (even though he doesn't finish anyone with it, I think he hits every other criteria more than anyone else I've watched)

On kick finisher matter, I would have loved Omos to use the kick to the head he did to riddle instead of the classic chokeslam from a giant. That giant leg of his was really intimidating.

This is an excellent show. Completely different from everything else on RUclips. You forget just how much Stevie has done until he starts talking about his career.

James was really leading the witness when trying to get some A's on that smartboard. 😂 Lance Storm had the Superkick, though, I'm not sure it was a finisher. Shawn Michaels was the best at anticipation and he seemed to always have people who could sell it real well. Chris Adams was not blessed with people who could probably sell that move. The kick looked good, but Steiner's sell made it look way better. Submissions as finishers in wrestling could add to credibility of storytelling within that business. Not just getting it in, but working on the area that will be vulnerable to it. It could be a good way of making finishers more legitimate, and then building off of that with non-submission finishers. Last week's overhead shot was a cool experiment, and it has potential. Picture-and-picture could save you a lot of cuts. The podcast doesn't need it at all, but the Show does. I like these two hour episodes, but the excessive cutting can make it seem longer if you are watching it. If we are listening then we aren't aware of cuts and the two of you might as well be in the same room. Visually it doesn't work the same way. There is still a lot of room for the cuts, but the banter (and a couple other things) works better if we can see real time reactions. I love the new intro, and the return of cartoon illustration at the beginning of the show and in the intro of the smartboard.

I think Saturn had a great superkick as well. He had a little feud with Glacier over the superkick in WCW.
