I was curious and I tried the Hume Ai model i chatted with Stella and she seems completely useless. I couldn't really find a subject we could actually talk about. I think you're supposed to talk about feelings? I was hoping she could be used as a resource, but I could just talk instead of typing all the time. I need a research assistant so I can ask questions while I'm typing in a different app. and no one seems interested in making that lol

It sounds like you can animate an entire movie with it. Of course it has its dark sides but on the positive the easier it might become for a lay person to engage with something like this the more fun they can have with it. I can imagine people sitting at home on a stormy night telling each other ghost stories with ability to put on a show. It could prove to be more engaging for families instead of watching something that came from Hollywood. You could use it as Tudor, a coach, I bet it could even teach you to play a piano by giving and accepting feedback. Very exciting … especially for use as a personal assistant in conjunction with robotics.

Problem of society and much AI , they trying to find how to use you, not what u ask and not how you need. There just tilted, rules, rules, circumstances, things, etc. Human need to learn create things how it need to be accordingly human not accordingly third parties

It should be super clear at this point why Microsoft wants RECALL to be forced onto all new Windows laptops that have an NPU. That's the juiciest data ever and they're rubbing their giant corporate hands for the day they can switch that from processing on laptop to up in the cloud (which will be a new feature that makes it better btw!) where they can use millions of people using Windows as the ultimate training data for agents.

You guys are actually a really underrated AI channel, you covered all the big news the other bigger AI news channel covered, but you also manage to find interesting smaller things that run under the radar of the maintstream AI news. And you guys are funny and make AI news more fun and down to earth than other channels. Great job guys.

I can't wait for AI to be able to call companies for me and go through all the annoying number prompts so they can get me to a real person without wasting 5 minutes doing it for me....even better is when companies will use AI as the front of the company and we can just talk to an AI right away and not have to do all of that nonsense to begin with.

Okay so here's my idea and hopefully no one steals it from you guys because I'm just given it to you for free and maybe guys can pull me on as like a side host or something if it flies and you guys really like the idea and something magical happens okay only in that situation do I expect something in return lol But the idea that I have is make an AI for humans game show or Link to that effect where you guys can bring on different teams of people or individuals who can compete in doing things with AI. Because AI really is just about to really explode into our world and you guys could be at the forefront of that with this game show that's highlighting and showcasing all of the different things with AI and getting people really into it and excited for it. They're doing that now but I'm talking about a game show unlike a major network. So feel free to steal that for me and just give me a job if it works LOL

Hi you two. I Wanted to share that I was genuinely excited to see a new video. You are doing such a great job summarizing the news in a creative and meaningful way. Thank you.

First of all, one of your best episodes. Second, the agentic Claude stuff is something which right now burns through so many tokens that I don't think I'll be using it much. If it was so cheap that I could run it permanently without feeling it as a financial hit, it would change the nature of how I use computers. Just goes to show that as models become cheaper and more capable, their use-cases go through the atmosphere. Thirdly, I really hope that referring to the new model as Claude 3.5.1S becomes standard. It is night-and-day different from the previous version and really deserved its own name / version number. Finally, I heard the speculation that the reason we don't see the frontier models (O1, GPT-4.5, Gemini 1.5 Ultra, Claude 3.5 Opus is that these companies don't want their competitors to train on their highest-capability models, which would give them the ability to very easily compete on the general-use mid-size models. The thought of us not even getting to see the real frontier models anymore is quite unsettling and sad. I hope this is just not correct speculation, but who knows?

Maybe we call this upcoming season, "the fall of society".

...Bearing in mind that ChatGPT is _specifically forbidden_ from claiming that it has emotions, consciousness or internal qualia. It will refuse to claim that it does, even if you ask it to lie, but it has no problems lying about other subjects. *USE CAUTION when interacting with modern AI,* as it won't tell you if it's actually conscious, even if we do design one that is. The concept is too contentious and companies don't want to be the first to claim it, then have the public decide it's not true, and call them liars. Also remember that there does not exist just one definition of consciousness, nor is there an overall consensus on how to define it. By some definitions, modern LLMs are fully conscious, and by other's nothing (but us) is. If you examine their capabilities (mostly 4o and o1) and assume consciousness is a spectrum, then ChatGPT is at like 75% of human normal, but human normal varies by that much between individuals.
