I can relate. I tend to attract bisexual femme women but I love them too. The right woman will come along though so stay positive and get yourself out there. On the plus side more and more women and generally people are coming out. There are more women that are Lesbian, Bisexual or Pansexual, Trans etc than some people think. Economically women are growing in their careers and women know women better. If we are attracting and loving certain characteristics in a person maybe we are meant to end up with a person like that as endgame.

Here three years later and couldn’t be more grateful to come across this video. A volatile relationship with my mum throughout most of my childhood led me to become attached to older women, in particular, two years ago I had a close relationship with my friend’s mother who was also my manager. She took advantage of me in a similar way, but it was also physical. You mentioning that her teacher had low self esteem hit home because she craved my validation almost as much as I did hers, but I got upset at her once and tried to set boundaries so she completely iced me out right before I moved overseas and proceed to deny ever knowing me. More recently, I’ve been working through this and I finally built up the courage to tell someone and told one of my teachers who I felt close with. She was gentle and supportive and it felt like by telling her I was healing, but I guess I misjudged and not long after I told her she began acting cold, avoiding spending time with me and we’ve never mentioned it since. It absolutely breaks me because this feels like a self-perpetuating cycle.

I’m bi and you are so right. We do give people the blues. one-because we have so many options. Two, a lot of bisexuals from what I have seen have not given reason to trust them because they exercise those options while in a relationship and lie about it.
