Sexuality exists on a spectrum. But I can say there are moments when I think being a lesbian is counterproductive it is easier to be straight and fit in to be honest you are more socially accepted so that would make it easier but if straight is not your nature it is hard to exist even in a space that is easy to fit into. This story is a good story because it shows the complexity of sexuality. But mainly that sexuality exists on a spectrum, so no behavior is really shocking or remotely surprising if we think about that spectrum.

I guess I could say I was never a lesbian either and that I was aromantic asexual in denial. Not the same case but saying someone is in denial may not always be entirely accurate. Don't get me wrong I still have platonic feelings for women I'm just not into other aspects so I guess that's why I misinterpreted my platonic feelings for other things.
