My family moved down to Tampa for a job and because of the community here. We are very happy here and we are setting down roots. My Mom and her husband are in the process of prepping their house so they can sell and move here too.

I changed my diet to pretty much a whole foods plan. Love Aldi's. I get there organic granola with flax and pumpkin seeds or a chia and coconut. I put a dollop of the organic whole milk plain yogurt on top with a few blueberries or dried cranberries. I like there protein bread. I can have one slice a day. I also like there organic pasta's, quinoa and brown rice. I grow a lot of pumpkins and winter squash as well as sweet potatoes so I don't need to buy those. My favorite veggies are Brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and cauliflower from Aldi. Organic fruits are apples, grapes, kiwi and banana's.

Public’s carry’s bizzy organic cold brew and they have a decaf option. I’ve seen people mix half decaf with regular to lower the caffeine or just do decaf completely. 🫶🏻

I never knew that about eggs in pregnancy. With my last pregnancy I ate hard boiled eggs every day and couldn’t manage much else so I wonder if that’s why! How have you found being pregnant with baby number 3? My third baby is 18 months now and I feel like that pregnancy went by in a flash!

This video is so good for the soul!!! I feel like we all look at the luxe of creators and feel like we less then if we don’t have them so this is such a breath of fresh air!

I had an epidural then two unmedicated births because of the previous trauma/injuries. I just needed that control aspect back and you can totally prepare for a “natural” birth-epidural or not-with mindset! That way if you got an epidural and it didn’t work then you wouldn’t panic you’d be prepared. Look up the accounts for Pain free birthing, Bridget Teyler Built to Birth and Christian hypnobirthing to fall asleep to. I referenced back a ton and had worship music playing in the delivery room.

Active duty military spouse here. We move every 2-4 years. Hands down one of the hardest things about being away from family is the childcare situation or if we ever needed a favor like car in the shop or you’re sick etc.
