I felt the exact same about sockeye salmon but the omega 3s are so good in comparison to a farmed salmon full of anti infam omega 6s. I found I had to eat the sockeye with a really soft veg like mashed potatoes or stemmed pumpkin and it was works well haha

Im worried protein powder with cause me to breakout. You don’t find that it effect’s your skin? I’m also allergic to soy protein so I can’t use a dairy alternative.
