So many people in the comments have shared what I came on to say! I’ve been following you since before you got married and have loved all the stages you have been through. Now, I am also on a health journey and love seeing content that aligns with my goals! In the last 3 months, Costco has been a mainstay. Many of the things you bought are in my regular rotation. I also love the unsweetened green tea bottles which I have with lunch to help with bloating. I also love the grass-fed Wagyu beef patties that Bobby Parrish has talked about on his channel. Lastly, I’m obsessed with the mini cucumbers and throw them into salads, have as a snack with hummus or just a sprinkle of Tajin and my 7yo sun loves to snack on the them which is a healthy win! Going to try out the green beans your way (can you do them in your story and save it in the highlights so I can save it too) because my kiddos love green beans. Also the diced potatoes with the taco seasoning you did a while back was so good and an easy side dish! I’m all about meals being nutritious but also easy breezy.
You got me hooked on the Mush. Yesterday for breakfast I blended a container of it with liquid egg whites, and it made a huge pancake. It was really good and high protein!
Look into baby carrots! I’ve heard they’re not good for us and they wash them in bleach. I just buy the big bag of regular carrots and chop them up for snacks :)

Yes! Thank you! No other supplements for my hair. I have to be careful- acne prone skin and any type of hair skin nails supplement usually causes acne. Just focusing on getting in all the nutrition from my food
I always buy organic berries because there on the dirty dozen list. I love the those sweet potato chips as well. I would love to see a what I eat in a day.
