    Love this! This is so helpful to see how you’re incorporating everything into your daily life. I know what I’m supposed to eat (pregnant too) but sometimes I just get stumped on how to get it all in! Thank you for your ideas!

    I was anemic as well with my daughter. I learned to take iron supplements apart from Calcium as it inhibits iron absorption. Also, Vitamin C aids iron absorption as well. You probably already know this but I thought I'd share. Good luck with that challenge !!

      I’ve looked into it and I remember there was something in it that causes breakouts- I think it was collagen?

    Vitamin D3 helps with acne but, check with your doctor first.

    You can take a beef liver supplement for your iron requirement. It is much more bioavailable and easy on the body.
