Another awesome video Emmie. Herbs & Spices are among my favourite whole plant foods. Ceylon cinnamon is the healthiest version of cinnamon compared to the Cassia cinnamon. Love 🥰 this video and love 💕 Emmie.
This is amazing information for sure. However if you have issues with your thyroid/Hashimotos whole food plant based might not be the best option. Check with your dr first. Not trying to be mean/rude about it just an fyi. Thank you for all the great info you put out
Exactly. Its hard to follow people online because if they believe something (like her being vegan) they promote it as the best thing, but it isn’t because the best thing is different for every person. I am vegetarian because it is the best thing for me to do with my health problems. I shouldn’t eat meat, but being completely vegan would limit my diet greatly (because i have to be low carb and low salt and a variety of other things) but point is I would never say vegetarian is best, because for some it isn’t. Do what is best for you and your body, we’re all different ❤
Depends on your goals! I have more since I’m not trying to lose weight, but if you are trying to lose weight, proceed with caution and don’t eat tooooooooo many
Should we still have a protein or fat source with carbs that contain fibre like an apple to reduce inflammation? Or is it ok to just have an apple as is? X
What an excellent and informative video from you, Emmie! (I have listened to so many of them.) yum…I just added frozen blueberries to my oatmeal 🤤 thanks for the reminder of that tip! Healthy Mum has mentioned it before too. 🫶🏻

You are referring to so many studies. Could you give some data, and the names of the studies?
