I love this approach and how you explain how this is just psychology at the end of the day. You help me reach my goals, what you say is absolutely true for me. It's not a magic pill of course, it still takes determination and nobody says it's easy, but it's much unhealthier to approach foods with "yes/good/I can" and "no/bad/I cannot". That's usually what makes you fail and have disorders too, resulting in hating food, which is something you really don't want to do.
I keep going back and forth in my weight loss journey all because of these cravings, i reset my diet about 5, 6 TIMESS SO REALLY NEEDED THIS, 😫😫THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤❤❤❤❤
Yessss!! I have been doing this for months and it has drastically changed my eating habits and my cravings, I try to put the focus on feeding my body what it needs to keep me healthy, not starving it
This is such good advice. As someone who is on a health journey I can say that this mindset definitely helps so much and makes it much harder to relapse on sugar
This is good advice. this is how i kicked sugar and processed foods and it works. Also called diet by addidtion not subtraction. Just focus on adding the good stuff and the bad stuff gets crowed out. (This is a bit of a simplification tho. I had to really work on it to get it done)
For me it’s opposite. If I don’t have sweets at home I’ll crave them really badly but if I have all my favorite sweets and dessert at home that knowledge makes me not crave them at all, it’s weird . That’s why I have a grocery store worth of sweets at my house but rarely eat them. Growing up my mom never restricted any types of food, we had Coke as a drink of choice on a table during meal times as well fruit juices but also we had green tea and water on a table as well and she also included fresh salads during every meal time and offered fruits after if we wanted and also we always had chocolate candies in a beautiful vase on display at all times. As well as seasonal fruits no matter the season we always had them year round on display. She said a physiologist advised her to do that and that’s why she did it and I think maybe that’s why my brain associates me having all that on display as a form of feeling at peace and therefore doesn’t have a need to indulge in them since that was my experience since childhood. Now I am 36 and I use the same strategy as my mom: I have salads and fruits if I want during all my meals and I have chocolate candies and seasonal fruits on display at all times, that way I don’t feel deprived and that kinda turns into intuitive eating naturally
After a while it actually looks & tastes disgusting too believe it or not. Once you become used to eating nutrient dense foods, the way your body feels after eating an entire candy bar or McDonalds fries, you just can’t anymore so you stop looking at it as a reward. I truly is disgustingly sweet & void of anything your body needs. Best thing that ever happened to me was getting pregnant. I began craving the most insane healthy food & I NEEDED it. I don’t know a lot of people this happened to but it did to me
I was trying to do this by eating protein, vegetables, and fresh fruits but doctors all decided I should take ozempic instead so here I am not wanting to eat any of those healthy foods, but still craving the sweets. I’m up 3 lbs btw 🤨
This information is so digestible. No big or fancy words just plain common sense. Thank you for what you do!
Awww thank you!!

I couldn't agree more 👍
I don’t usually eat candy but I CANNOT avoid fruit(I ate like 60 frozen grapes today)
What about people who have a hard time registering that they’re full? People with ghrelin/leptin imbalance
Eating whole, real, natural foods, sleeping enough, mindfulness, moving your body gently... all this will help improve those imbalances
Woww
Thank you.
Most welcome 😊
I have a question. Is there sugar in fruit? My friend said that and I’m not sure if it true.
Wish I could marry a woman thats loves working out and knows about nutrition and wants a healthy lifestyle like me
Dont stress you can have a treat every so often to make sure your blood sugar is average
the question is why does she even have a pound of m&m’s and sugar blocks?
Have you menstrual ❤ outs is so bad
I love m&ms
You clearly have never struggled with fat people problems
I can eat healthy all day. I always have space for ice creamchocolate or a sweet treat
yup, if you craving something sweet just eat fruit
I was trying to do this by eating protein, vegetables, and fresh fruits but doctors all decided I should take ozempic instead so here I am not wanting to eat any of those healthy foods, but still craving the sweets.
I’m up 3 lbs btw 🤨
My Starbucks order 💀
🤯
Yk protein isn’t just for lifting right?
I thought I was really going to dislike where she was going with this and I was hit with straight philosophy
Did she buy a whole box of processed sugar just for the demonstration in the video or will she eat that eventually?
If she makes tea then she can use the sugercubes
Was I the only person watching this really hoping you’d take a big mouthful of the M&M’s?
So hear me pit what if you think to yourself that you should cut out healthy food? (Ik this wouldn't work)
Hmmm I guess this is good advice in alot of ways, but I assure you there is a lot of room in my brain and stomach for an awful lot of food😂
Everyone else buys sugar cubes and m&m to eat but I know Emmie buys them for props 😂. Surely, they are tax deductible Emmie 😅
"fridge" -i don't know about that..😂
focus focus focus
There is always room for some processed junk!
How old are you?
Eat dates ! Better than sugar !
Is the average include American people? Because if so im actually good with that average 😂
Doesn't work I can have a fridge full of fresh everything and not eat it 🤦🏿♀️
And you'll starve
what if I still have room
I was ur 1k like
Are those m&ms vegan? The vegan police here
Что с голосом?
👍
Why do you have these suspicious
Ok…?
Why do you talk like that
That’s my voice 😂
