I love your mindset of adding protein, fiber, etc. instead of focusing on eliminating certain foods. I feel so much better when I put my energy into including food that is good for my body rather than spending all my energy worrying about what's "bad" for me.
Love love the old school RUclips videos! I stopped watching for a few years but now excited there’s something worth watching again as I’m doing chores. You seem so happy! I’ve been here since the lily Pulitzer days 😉
It can be overwhelming to meal prep and ensure the foods are providing enough protein and fiber. Thanks for sharing and reminding us that we can keep it simple and stressfree
Love this so much I always get inspo from your meals whether it's here or Instagram! I have slowly been adding dairy back into my diet after years of hormonal acne and feeling like dairy was a trigger for my skin. It still makes me anxious so I end up buying almond milk but I love the taste of actual half and half in my coffee. How did you slowly start to incorporate dairy in or realize it's not a trigger for your skin or digestion? Thank you ❤
Hi Alex, How many grams of protein are you trying to eat daily? I have done a lot of research and have come to believe I should be eating 135 grams of protein since my goal weight is 135. This is difficult to do but like you, I have learned tricks to add protein in to my day. I’m currently at 143 where I have been stuck for a long time. Any suggestions?

You are so welcome!
Perfect timing! Currently working on increasing my protein! Love the new videos ❤
You got this!
When I make the protein oatmeal I use the Fairlife milk vs water and get a few more grams of protein
Love this tip!
Alex, please try Chomps sticks if you happen to be into beef jerky - so small amazing flavors and 10-12g per stick with all clean ingredients :)
So helpful, need all the tips for more protein!!

Longevity, strength, overall health? It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself!
I feel stuck so this was exactly what I needed to see!
Hope it was helpful!
