Incredible how much markets vary. SC area doesn't pay nearly that much. Even on a busy day, the best I've ever managed was just short of $70 in about 4 hrs.

When people are working with two companies like Door Dash & Uber Eats are they using two different phones?

My understanding is that Doordash is now starting everyone out as a "Top Dasher"

Here we go, 1 year 4 months into this doordash gig has been a trip! 5700 deliveries in a small little town called Hilo!! Contract violations, anyone says anything true if falsely violations! I do my best, I am the best and I go to sleep every night upset and not too happy! So many good

I very rarely decline I will let the time run out and then I will take a crappy order if I have to and then I will just keep letting the time run out if you let the time run out on more than three orders in a row then you get dinged for acceptance.

Do you use the card for 2% cash back on gas?

Do u track miles from ur house or from the hot spot u sit at ? And if from ur house to hot spot I assume back to ur house again as well

The biggest order I have seen was for $30 but it was asking me to make a delivery 2 hours away so I declined it

I went to Sonic and asked them for a 4 cup cup holder when I bought a drink. They were very nice about it and gave one to me! Just a thought for anyone.

You look old enough that you might remember the days when cars didn't come with built in cup holders and you could buy those plastic ones that hang in your window. You could find them at almost every gas station.

Uber eats has nothing going in my market so I go to another market and made a whole $39 In a couple hours. Next time out declined every crappy offer. DD is my main source at the moment, just waiting for Skip to approve and will try it out.

I don't like anything about the doordash app ubereats is a way better platform

Out of curiosity if you signed up the day before, and this was your first dash, how do you already have a red bag for deliveries? My info said that one would be delivered to me after I completed a dash.

Take a picture of the house number. You were there!

DoorDash are brokers. They trade against you and all thier drivers. That's what brokers do. They make rules to enrich themselves, not you. In addition there are customers who will cheat you by claiming you did not deliver the order. You get paid but get a contract violation. Don't be afraid to turn down the junk. Some markets are much worse. Good luck!
