Yes correct, it can be done with compressed air or with a torche (if possible). One way or another the acetone fumes needs to be gone before spraying, otherwise you'll get a chemical reaction. There are more videos on my channel on applying Cerakote

@corner.custom what a coincidence. That's exactly my plan for my k11. It's completely disassembled, doing gaskets and engine maintenance first. 200+hp is very achievable on the stock engine 😈 will be doing a front end swap from a gsxr 1000, hayabusa, or s1000rr as well. Planning a classic cafe bike with modern power. Make the young guns respect their elders 🤘

Thanks! TBH the knobbie tires weren't bad at all, good grip on the road. It matched my vision of the bike I had and the exhaust sounded way different IRL, but hard to catch the sound just right on camera

K100 has 90 hp and the K1100 100 hp. Torque is around 100nm

Front tire is 120/70/19 and rear tire 160/16/17. No spacers 👌🏼

@@corner.custom thank you! My 140 rear tire nearly touches the swing arm with original wheels on, does this mean your 160 rear tire is just a little out center of the bike and a little bit more to the left?

The tires are Continental TKC 80s in sizes: Front tire 100/90/19 Rear tire 120/90/18

@@corner.custom I just liked this idea so much, that I wanted to do something similar for myself. I will probably lose my mind if cops take it away after all the energy and money investment. Did you somehow legalize all these construction changes or there is nothing to worry about?

@wastinnmytime I understand buddy. It's not necessary in The Netherlands to get it checked out when you've done a rebuild, but there are certain rules and regulations that you've need to meet. As long as that's OK, your good to go!
