I am so glad to find your video on swimming dragon! I have literally been able to have a bowel movement every day. I have a question how many times should I do this? I am on a healing journey and it seems like lately I have been having issues because of the emotions and all. Thank you 🙏🏼

I forgot to mention, congratulations on your better constitution because if can mean you are releasing stuck emotions, trauma or attachments if this can assist you, here are different ways to deepen your practice of Swimming Dragon: 1. Practice with the sound off and instead play music that you find very moving. 2. Practice in front of a full length mirror 3. Practice in the reverse direction...meaning instead of starting the practice with prayer hands like a pillow at your left shoulder, start at your right shoulder. Have a great day!
@@dianexiuleiwat5715 Thank you. I actually have a twin flame who has helped me heal my inner child. Two years of healing and lots of layers and tons of meditation and tons of crying. It was very uncomfortable at first and at times very uncomfortable because it was painful. I literally had a hard time because it was not easy but I had no choice since my mirror reflected off of me what needed to be healed. It literally took time and patience. It was worth it though. I did some qigong on and off but my guidance wanted me to meditate so I can heal and at times I be shopping my twin would mirror me and I started crying.

My right nostril started out partially blocked and now it’s worse and hurts a bit. What have I done wrong?
I don't know what you did wrong, maybe nothing. Maybe it's deeper in the lungs. If the right side is blocked that is considered the Yang/fire/masculine/rising side. It could be that you need to balance by increasing Yang energy. Yin, which is the feminine/cooling/grounding/ energy is perhaps too strong.

Hello, If your health is good you can do daily. However, it's best to use your intuition or check with your doctor. Your skin benefits with kriya. The twisting is helpful for constipation. Thanks for your question!
