    Thank you for this kriya and all the others I have seen. I love your kriyas and all the wird things. It makes me good. And mostly I can feel me. You are a wonderfull person and splendid teacher.

    Great video! Could you consider making 1-hour kriya sessions? Sometimes it's hard to stop after a shorter one. Also, do you work out? You have a very muscular physique.

    can i do daily ?
    Will i get glowing skin ? i have insomnia and constipation. please suggest

      Hello, If your health is good you can do daily. However, it's best to use your intuition or check with your doctor. Your skin benefits with kriya. The twisting is helpful for constipation. Thanks for your question!
