If you are a beginner to Kriya hold each pose a shorter time than what I offer in the video. If you have been doing Kriya for a long time you can hold the poses much longer than what I show. I don't know what you did wrong, maybe nothing. Maybe it's deeper in the lungs. If the right side is blocked that is considered the Yang/fire/masculine/rising side. It could be that you need to balance by increasing Yang energy. Yin, which is the feminine/cooling/grounding/ energy is perhaps too strong.
