      The tongue out and down with an exhale detoxifies the body of negative emotions or stuck energy. I guess it is quite different than the Moari traditions

      Yes, but do not protrude your tongue downward and outward. Instead, breathe normally. This action is intended for a strong detox, which is not necessary during pregnancy. Happy pregnancy and sleep well.
