Great little video that solved my problem. Thank you. Had the notchy steering at the weekend on my 2016 Hyundai Tucson 1.7 diesel, which appears to be identical to the Kia. Was worse on the M1 - 30 miles of 50mph speed restriction. Strange sensation, of correcting and over correcting when in the straight ahead position. Done the re grease this morning and steering a lot lighter and precise at all speeds. The only observation I would add is that the under tray you need to remove is the smaller one towards the rear of the car. I removed the large front tray which isn't necessary and doesn't give access to the area needed. Having said that, it does say this in the description above which I missed. I used a general purpose, high melting point grease, working it into the worm gear and the teeth of the gear that is driven by the worm. I'll make a check of this every time I service the car, which I do myself.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! I bought ICARSOFT CR MAX for my 2023 Porsche 911 targa 4gts and is not supported!!!! reached out to ICARSOFT and they said to do the latest update and it still says not supported. I did get some nice lady that said she could help but no response when I tried to reach her again.Super bummed after watching multiple videos of yours I thought this was a good product. Any advice?

"once you put into legacy mode, they're disabled"... (switch and temp-sensor) On all Wall Connectors I have encountered, the switch to open the chargeport works in both settings. They have all been Gen 2 to be fair. The problem I see most often is the purple Pilot-signal wire losing connection near the plug/handle. Often intermittently, and bending the cable near the handle will connect/disconnect when using a multimeter in audible continuity-mode. This problem renders the entire Wall Connector defective and unusable! Such a small broken wire inside! And the handle is impossible to open, and thus can't be repaired...🙄

How do you know if a heating element is no good? I have a milwaukee iron as well but the fuse is bad for sure; my issue is that when i connect the wires directly without the thermal fuse the heating element gets hot BUT glows orange which i think is strange but then again i never saw the heating element itself nor did i ever see it itself w|o a thermal fuse attached either. My concern is that if i replace the fuse and that element gets to glowing again then i’m just going to blow another fuse. OR is it the thermal fuse that regulates the heat therefore not causing the element to glow orange. OR lol, the heating element is just bad

I did most of what you show here, but I didn't wait or made sure all the liquid was dry before putting it back together and turning it on. Now my TM C3500 shuts off a few seconds after turning it on. No error code. I tried everything and it keeps doing the same at the same exact moment. Ouch! Any clues on what to do to? Thanks!! 🙏

Ive spent all day researching how to change the gear oil in my Hyundai Tucson 17 Diesel DCT 7 Speed gearbox. My driveway is on quite an incline and for some time ive suffered with the car juddering while pulling away in first gear. Happens everytime. Stumbled across this video, tried it, judder gone! Hopefully for good. Time will tell but instant fix for me. I left it 25 seconds for anyone interested. At 15 seconds, there way a noticeable drop in RPM before it recovered. Probably going to change the gearbox oil anyway as a preventative measure. Many thanks!

These foot operated handbrakes are crap, at least it’s easy fix, have to do mine at least once every 6 months!

Bought this device to replace my small icarsoft 950 (the one for italian cars) when I bought another italian cars, a maserati (because 950 doesn't support the brand). It works with the quattroporte 2009 just fine (it was just to read all data and clear small things like driving off with P brake engaged, and similar minor things, but it is good to have a proper device for each car you own just in case..). I was in a small car meeting last weekend where a guy arrived with a renault fluance and he told uis he have a check engine ligth but the official renault (local) service can't pinpoint the real cause, their computer just detected that there is something wrong with one of the sensors of the exhaust system. (which doesn't help much). I had the tool in my boot so connected and tadaaa, there was the 2 absolutely specific error code with proper description that the downstream o2 sensor voltage is out of bounds. This device is a GEM. Tons of updates came for almost each brand since I bought and it just a click to download and install all of them. (the 950 update was a pita, connecting to pc, download softwares, set com ports for usb and so on.) Best ever tool I ever bought to help my diy car maintanences/services.

Update on the ulez Bradford’s rip off I managed to get the log book updated by dvla to euro six but it takes a while to update the ulez systems and they only go back a month in compensation for the ulez. So don’t pay a penny guys get the pcn’s and then send supporting documentation it gets cancelled in the end

Hi. were you able to make this work after removing the gasket? i read from another commenter that gasket should be glued. Were you able to completely fix this? I have mine completely disassembled as last resort fix and am waiting for the glue for the metal plate as ive seen someone claiming he was able to repair his multiple times. Thank you

I have a 2850 Ecotank all converted to Sublim. Printing using the Hiipoo ink. I am wanting to sublimate on a 100% cotton shirt and use DTF Film TJocean DTF transfer power and transfer film. When the printing is complete, I get side edges that look like roller to move the paper through the printer which then completely destroys the transfer print. I do not see any videos that address the DTF edge streaking. Is there a fix for this so I do not lose any print size for a t-shirt? 20240910_164940.jpg
