Great job, I have followed your video and it is spectacular. I have followed all your steps, everything has gone well, but a problem has arisen. When I start printing, the head bends the corner of the sheet and stains it all over. Could you please tell me How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance
The problem is not when it comes out. The problem is when it starts printing. The head hits the corner just when it starts printing, I don't know what to do.
Hi Dave , I have an amber light staying on, on my Epson dtf r290 and I cant get rid of It any Ideas how I can fix It I am using a arc ciss system I have tried to reset the chips but still not working ? Regards Geoff
Hi Dave, I am trying to use my My arc cleaning cartridges but they are not being recognised and Im trying to shut my Printer down for Christmas any Idea why ?
I wouldn't remove the bottom feed bar entirely. You'll have feeding errors. Always keep the bar in place, remove all the pizza wheels except the ones on the far left and right.
Hi Dave, Thanks for this, Welcome to the R285 Club. I had mine apart yesterday and could not see how to take out the star wheel plate I did mange to pop out the star wheels apart from the outside 2. Do think that will work or should I take the whole plate out ? Regards I look forward to part 3 Regards Geoff
@@solosajay0922 simply remove the pizza roller, make sure the print comes out of the printer on a flat surface. and refill cartridges with auto reset chips with dtf ink. that's all

You need to make sure the sheet comes out onto an absolutely level and flat surface
