Do you live there full-time?
Really disappointed with Toyota getting rid of the 5.7. Im holding on to mine with clenched fists and my AR!
Congrats 🌅blessings ❤️
Stay far away from electric trucks
I just picked up a 21 x series tundra in blue and I love it. 4x4 of course
Great Video. Thanks for your honest and clear comments. I do have a Tundra 2024 and just purchased an RV which fully loaded weights 7k lbs. The truck pulls really well and gas/millage is good (12 miles/gl). Weight distribution hinge is a must. So, at least for now I am more than happy with the Tundra.
I live in England in a concrete jungle, little bits of green and nature but not enough, every view in your video is magnetising, we are meant to be around trees, grass, natural flowing water. Where you are is like paradise
Bro i have the exact same truck!
Ok, I won’t! That looks boring as shit
Best video on Wyoming I've found yet
This is a ridiculous amount of work for something way too small for adults to enjoy. Nice fish pond though.
May not be what everyone is looking for but we've loved it! It's been perfect for us!
My mom would LOVE this since she can’t swim. ❤
Love it my neighbor has the same one she added pool noddles for comfort on the sides and a hang on side water founain ⛲️ i think ahe got the idea from my 10 ft prism intex pool with splash fountain.😊😁
Oh yes we've seen those hang on fountains on the side, pretty dang cool!
Thank you! Drilled down explanation. : )
Hi hi hi. I have 9 days of freedom. I’m not knowledgeable on a good route to take. I want to backpack somewhere iconic with my dog. Yellowstone’s name is iconic but Idek if they’re allowed in. Ur video put grand Teton on the map haha. Any suggestions for me are appreciated thanks yall
y'all are so cute!
Dah thank you!
I had a 2008 Tundra and loved it, I now have a 2023 Tundra, I miss the 4.30 gears for getting a heavy load rolling, and the radio, infotainment system is a disaster. Older tundra’s are bulletproof.
To fix the corrosion, scrape off the loose clearcoat over the area using a plastic edge, then wipe it down with CorrosionX, then clean with isopropyl alcohol, then reapply the clearcoat using a pen style applicator that you can get in the airstream store. It’s pretty easy, and will slow or halt expansion of that spot.
i 3d printed a pool float...why pay 4$ when you can spend 10 -_- lolzz
That's amazing!
Towing capacity is irrelevant in a Tow vehicle. Payload capacity and GVWR are the most important numbers. You'll run out of payload capacity wayyyyyy before towing capacity. Toyota Tundra's are notorious for having the lowest payload capacity of any half ton truck on the market. And now they've done away with the V8 and went to a 6 banger. Even worse. I own a 2020 Toyota Tundra SR-5 4x4 Double Cab Sport 5.7 liter V-8. My trailer is 7,000 lbs. And it struggles. Sure it tows it, but not happily. I'm about to buy a 2024 GMC Sierra HD 2500 with over 3,000 lbs of payload. Life will be better.
See one tree seen them all 💚🌴💚🌳🩵💦🩵💙💦💯🐶
TUNDRA IS THÉ KING OF TRUCKS ! 👑💪 FORGUET FORD , CHEVI , DODGE 🤮🤮🤮
Got my last 3 Toyota trucks NEW for LESS THAN used...... Just Say'n.... 2004, 2017 and a 2021.... and resold 2 of the 3 for more than I paid for them...... so..... then there's that...
Dude, FINALLY someone that actually has my size AS and are growing their family! THANK YOU and love this super doable set up. We have a 27ft Eddie Bauer & the only diff is we have the hatchback door. We are not pregnant but have pondered how it would be possible for FTing. Agreed that the stock table is garbage! We did a mod for that which was awesome. Then we did a mod and removed the section you initially thought you'd put the crib and added a ton of storage by basically using the IKEA kallax shelves. I can email you a pic if you would like to see! Congrats on the baby and please keep us updated on your growing pains (lacking a better word) with the little ones sleeping area. Inquiring minds need to know! <3
Thanks for the kind feedback! The Burrito Crew is doing great and baby girl is sleeping so so well! I think she just got used to putting herself to sleep while we were in the kitchen area doing things and now has no issues sleeping with us continuing about our tasks, so far so good!
Love your pool, great job! You two are adorable!
Dah thank you! Was such a fun project that we enjoy and use so often! Definitely the best part of our little chunk of paradise!
No sound
What about getting a tundra with a bigger bed but smaller cab? Like going from the crew max to a double cab? I’m torn between the two.
The irony is the type of people who visit Chuck E Cheese and PF Changs are the folks living in flyover states, own RVs and love camping across national parks and whatnot.
Airstream takes its customer for granted - our airstream is a big fat problem - right now im stranded because the door won’t open. Middle of the night. Because the deal in the toilet broke within 3 months - now we are on the road to a F’n service center and stuck not able to get in to sleep on the way. I really hate this company / can’t wait to sell this piece of shit
Sorry to hear that!
Yeah well who wouldnt want to do that. Its impossible... u cant find land anywhere.
It's definitely tough, took us a while to find what we wanted!
I will never get rid of my Toyota 2016 Tundra crewmax, basic maintenance, oil/filters. Brake pads and disks and spark plugs at (112,000) still runs like new. Gas prices will drop again as soon as Trump is president again. Currently at 116,000 miles on it and see it double/ triple more miles left.
I want to sell my 600,000 house and buy a beautiful house on wheels labeled as an RV but I want a home-based to park it what does the zoning of the land have to be
Depends on the area, it took us a few months to find what we were looking for!
Great video!
Datum….i just LOVE reading these comments about just how dependable their Toyotas have been. We love our 2019 V8 5.7L double cab SR5 4x4 Tundra as well as our 2023 4 cylinder 4x4 access cab Tacoma SR! Keep them running, peeps, ‘cause this newest generation of Toyota trucks have gone to shit. I’m hoping that Toyota goes back to the non turbo reliable Toyota engines! Not only are they breaking down all over the place, but they’re just a fugly truck (BOTH the Tundras as well as the Tacomas…even the 4Runners, too). Love the channel, BTW! Keep up the great videos!!!
Nothing tows like a diesel
Really nice view of your 2017 Tundra. I have a 2013 Tundra Crewmax 4x4 w/ 5.7 engine and tow package w 4.11 axles. Long story short we signed for a 37' Flagstaff 5th Wheel... about 9,400 lbs for our son. He never used it and within the first year....Yep, mom and dad ended up with it. Had my doubts, but my Tundra pulls it very well. I have gotten 10.4 mpg on several occasions. 7.2 pulling up to Fishlake,UT which sits at 10,000' El. I have a 5,000 lb Air Lift airbag system and Drilled and slotted disc brakes. Toyota tundra - 5 stars
Just came accross this vid. As a Toyota master tech. If I was to buy a tundra right now to have for the next 3 years definitely would buy a new one. If I was to buy a Tundra right now and was planning on keeping it for ten years, I'd buy 21 and down. I think i've heard of one engine failure in 14 years on the 5.7 while new. Hear about one a week on the 3.4.
Congratulations on your darling baby girl👶🏻💕💖You two will be awesomely unique and kind parents 🥰❤️Great adventures and abundant blessings for for your family 🥰❤️😇
You both are hilarious and adorable couple 🤣🥰💍Thanks for making me laugh 😂Blessings to you both😇
Appreciate the love and kind words!
The 80% guideline only applies to Ford. Ford derates their F-150 towing capacities 2% per 1000ft of elevation. Your Tundra was certified to SAE J2807 standards which include steep grades and 100 degree temperatures. Plus Toyota was the only manufacturer to adopt J2807 in 2010 which verifyed how over built tbe truck was vs Ford, GM, Ram, and Nissan whom all waited for the next generations to certify. BTW, I love the electric truck idea.
I have a 4.6 2014 Tundra how will it TOW?
👍🇺🇲
i have a 2015 tundra and carry 30 foot travel trailer no problem just added some air bags and now drives like a champ....
Getting everything stuck
Did you have to put a septic tank in?
The land already had a septic tank in place!
Now that great
Meh, Tundra’s don’t tow very much. The payload is weak too. That’s like the truck for people who have never owned a truck before, and don’t know what they are doing.
I hope your fog doesn’t chase/harass any wildlife.
The only thing he is interested in chasing is his ball 😅
Everybody know Toyota is being very conservative about their max tow and payload😁 tundra sure is underrated😂
I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra Platinum with the 5.7 iforce platinum edition used 35,000 miles. It came with air lift air bags, clear bra, weather tech floor covers, tri bed cover, rhino bed, aftermarket gun safe for middle console. I paid 47,000. I added radium oil catch can and genuine transmission cooler system (1,300) system. I think I did pretty good! I am going to add the TRD color match second good scoop as well. Toyota 5.7 iforce is amazing and reliable. You can just feel how it is built better. I have owned Chevy, ford, and driven ram at work. Toyota is just built different. 💪🏼
I bought a 2020 Platinum 4x4 February 16, 2023. Had 20,736 miles on it, paid $40k. Traded in a 2020 4x4 Titan with 56k on it, and got $35k. Twice the projected longevity, for $5k!
There is absolutely no way I would buy an electric truck for the lifestyle you are living. I know gas mileage is not good on tundra's, I own one. But the tradeoff is reliability and that's why I bought mine.
New to your channel. You two crack me up. That is all. For now.
Appreciate the kind words! Just over here having fun with it!
