I'm waiting on a 2022 international without the solar package as what Airstream is offering is either old tech (AGM batteries/only 100 watt panels) or way to expensive for lithium for what you get.... I plan on adding an Ecoflow Delta Pro or a Ecoflow Power kit once I get over the initial learning curve of owning an Airstream... LOL! Thanks guys! Love yalls videos!
Thanks for following along and the awesome comment! Sounds like you’re about to have a sweet set up. Not a bad idea to break your Airstream in a little bit before making a decision on solar. The learning curve is so fun! We look back very fondly on our first few trips. 😎
Lots is still unknown because these are still “concept trailers” meaning we are still years away from a release but I feel like even if you could… your trailer battery would deplete fairly rapidly. I’m not sure how applicable it would be for routine usage. Time will tell though! ✊
Raiders really?? Loving the future of RVing… we can all thank the high the end van builders and vanlifers for upping the game with quality builds and adding needed tech to RVs. Airstream has been talking power assisted drivelines for almost 5 years and now finally we are seeing hints on what’s to come. Myself personally still love the iconic vintage Airstream and everything it represents!
8 inches narrower is probably to aim for an international market as well since airstream Europe sells them that narrow already. Only in the US we get the wide body since we have a wider road infrastructure. The estream will probably be out next decade. I do hope we can mod our current trailers with that sweet battery pack.... one day.. one day 😆
We would sell Sam’s left kidney to upgrade to that solar/battery combo. 😂 That’s an cool fact about international models being narrower. We did not know that! We just assumed that the decreased width was solely to get every last mile out of their range. Thanks for the interesting comment R!
I like the ability to use the heater for a few hours at a time with no hook ups. 2 weeks old and haven't had to use the ac yet. I survived comfortably the snowstorm in New Jersey and some heavy rain in North Carolina. Making my way down to Texas. I would like some custom sized batteries for under the seat lol

I upgraded to the 3k inverter, with a few more batteries and solar panels. I am currently on kidney beans for the rest of the year 🤣
