Yes! I explained it in round one, maybe I'll explain it every video then so people know. In your team of three, you face off against another team and you have to win 2 of the three matches! For leaders, you cannot repeat the same leaders (no two ST10 Laws on the same team). You also cannot repeat leaders colors, so no OP01 mono-red Zoro and no OP02 mono-red Newgate. You can however have a slight mix, such as an OP01 mono-red Zoro and an ST10 purple-red Law, they just can't be the EXACT same, if that makes sense.

@@atrocioustcg its just so braindead, even if you wanna do one flammpe and search why wouldnt you flammpe first incase you get certain pieces by the flammpe then you can get different ones with the three brothers bond. Maybe he was jus nervous because he is at a top table but makes no sense how u mess up so bad so early

Yeah I think maybe he wasn't totally prepared for the Nami matchup, Nami isn't very popular in Japan

There’s an element in the MU when a BY Luffy has 0 life & Nami just attacks all don to face (I’ve won that way before). I do agree he should have swung a little more with them tho

Yeah when Nami takes life despite being able to counter / block you know you’re in trouble

when someone says "play around_____card" what does that mean? does it mean play as if your opponent has it?

@@Sh1t2u essentially yes! For example, if you think they have Perfume Femur in hand, you should play around it and leave one life up so they lose a potential win condition!

@@Sh1t2u BY usually always keep at least 1 life. Since Doffy has a usual stat line of 5/6k bodies, being a 7k leader is enough to force doffy to commit don to his swings

@@atrocioustcg I don't know if this is the best place to get advice on rulings but having watched a number of these streams I am aware that the Boa's On Play effect triggers before damage is calculated, meaning that your leader swings for 8k rather than 7k. I would also imagine that if you use leader effect to play Jimbei from top deck rested into Boa from Hand, you can also use the Boa's On Play Effect to boost the leader swing up to 8k before the damage is calculated. However, I haven't been able to find any hard confirmation that this also works. Anyone know the answer?

​@jwpppr effects have to resolve before moving on from the attack step to the block step. perona when played off of gecko leader rips a card before you can activate a blocker for example then it goes to the counter step, and finally the damage step.

It became so cheap because it was reprinted! A new run came to the market after the playerbase and collectors got most all the cards they needed. It’s a great time time to rip packs!!
