This one's just a short video of my flight to Marshall from home. my gopro ended up dying and only getting the first 10 min. of my first flight to a different airport. so, I guess I'll just have to make the flight again hopefully sooner than later.

Hello welcome to another video I stay close to the airport in this one. One reason is it was a bit breezy. I'm also noticing a loss in engine power it felt and appeared as if it was running richer so i adjusted the jetting with some mixed results so I decided to replace the engine with another one. as of today, it's just needing a fuel pump bracket and a few small things that I'm hoping I can h...

Well, this one was another special flight it happened to be my birthday and also was my first flight since November 5. So needless to say i was quite nervous and it shows haha. Unfortunately, my camera got cold and died but I was able to capture a short clip of later right before sunset. I started that evening with a full 5 gallons of fuel and ended with maby half gallon so ya it was a fun even...

I miss floating around and am excited for temps to warm up. but on the other hand, I do have some snowmobiles that need the dust knocked off every now and again lol. I'm hopeful Ill at some point this winter be able to fly around when we have a bunch of snow. Merry Christmas to all and too all a good ...

Well in this video I decided to stay close and practice dead stick landings. They were done at very low altitude due to the unstable air. Also, I lost the first 10 min. of the flight so that was a bummer. Thanks for watching fly safe.

Hello everyone, I've had some computer and software issues which has prevented me from being timelier with the uploads. I also need to postpone the shots of the dead stick landings. In this one much like the last video I make a trip to my place then take off and stop by the parents then back to the airport. I also find a gravel road to land on too. Hit the like and the subscribe buttons so Ya d...

In this video I was planning to fly to my Grammas but once I was flying the wind was gusty, so I decided to land at my place and fly back to the airport later in the afternoon. I ended up swing by my parents and landing in a small bean field and then took off from the driveway. I thought I had some good dead stick landing footage but I don't so I will work on getting some in the next vid. I als...

Very infomative video, can u plz give plan of this project, details of machinery, size etc to make like this. Plz
I just found your videos, nice job. I have a mx that I have restored and plan on flying as soon as I find a place safe to fly from. All the area around me are tall pine forest or orchards, the airports are busy and I'm not into starting out on a busy airport.
Well I hope you find a place to fly from safely and not to far away.
So how much money it cost for one of them planes like that. And great job showing and telling about the plane what you did to it and all. Have a great one see ya next time see ya bye.
Looks cooooold ❄️ 🧊
Dude! I love that cable backing up the flying wire clevis. How is the cable tied together. Swedged? What kind of sled do you have under that cover. I live in Wyoming and ride the Snowy Range.
@josephmufdi4564 thanks and ya it's just got a couple swedged bands on each one. Makes me feel a bit safer lol and I have some older sleds but I fully rebuilt the engines. The 07 skidoo 800r found a culvert two years ago and I have no motivation to replace the bulkhead lol the other is a 09 and also an 800r. I have some great memories in the snowy range. I love that place. The first trip I ever took out there was to Albany and was a solo trip definitely a bit foolish, but I had a blast
@@jordonweets Great! If you want to come back, i'll show you some great riding spots and all the fun spots.
Hey man, Did that farmer get pissed about the corn?
Are you still alive?
Yep I'm still kicking. Lol I'm a little over a hundred hours of flight time with hopefully many hundred yet to go haha.
Awesome!
Your living the dream of many and to have such a fantastic airport of which to live that dream
almost like a Mosquito about to execute Operation Jericho in France :)
🤙
Welcome back! Good to see you flying.
I need a radio mount like that. Where did you get yours?
I printed it. I do sell them on eBay
You say you’re flying to Marshall. In what state is that?
Minnesota
that was cool
Thanks.. Wonder what strip that is? Used to run around in SW MN Lake Shetek Slayton Marshall etc..
This is at the tracy airport.
Your airspeed looks next to nothing right there over the frozen tundra of an airport.
Ya it was probably 27 to 30. Nice and slow haha.
Nice video thanks ! But you should fly with the pin pulled on your recovery chute, if a wing should collapse you’ll be flailing around so much gravity may not allow you the time to pull the pin a then the knob just saying!
I fully understand that, but I still feel safer with it in lol. I have actually thought about removing it and saving a bit of weight.
Beautiful views from up there! And that is our camper and OUR kids! 😂 I’ll have to show them this, they’ll LOVE seeing it! They recognize your ultralight from seeing it at the Boxcar (Labor) Days fly-in at the Tracy airport!
That's awesome. It definitely made my day seeing their excitement.
Ahh i remember those days...dont ever sell it, i sold mine n still miss it everyday!
Nope, I plan on keeping her for as long as I've got left haha, and maybe my kids will fly it, and the other one I'm building.
@@jordonweets 👍👍👍
Great flight!!
Thanks
Thanks for sharing this!
You're welcome. Thanks for watching.
Awesome video! Good work on the voice-over. I'm jealous of the wide open spaces you've got there!
Thanks. I'd say the landscape looks pretty cool where you fly. But ya I do like all the fields lol.
Good job once again Jordan👊🏼
😊 thanks
That's the thing with horizontal bifold hangar doors, they limit overhead clearance. Should retain 11' clearance. Thanks for the video.
Looks like you got the fatty tires on her! They're really smooth right? Good to see you puttin out videos. I'm trying to grow a club by me gotta keep the youth interested.
Just got done flying I've been slacking on the video's plan to get back to it soon
🔥
I think we saw you Saturday night! We were the little group of people who waved and you buzzed us twice! Between county rd 11 and the Highline rd just north of 150th st.
That's awesome I seen the kids so I couldn't help it haha when I was young I would have loved to see a ultralight up close. I hope I made em smile 😊
Nice job, jw
Thanks for taking us along. I sometimes have problems with cameras too. Most of my videos are deleted and never make it to RUclips. I also like to fly low. There is more to see. I hate it when those young girls flash me while I'm flying and they are in the swimming pool. Maybe that was just wishful thinking. LOL!
Love how open it is out there. Great flying man. Find a moving train to land on lol
ok maybe 4 years ago lol here she is ruclips.net/video/Qcqn3MIDsoo/видео.html
She looks good. Give her some air.
@@jordonweets I would of a while ago. But the leading edge of the wings is a bit torn up. So she needs some new fabric.
Beautiful place to fly! I bought a quicksilver mx 3 years ago. Still have not flown it.Needs new fabric. It just sits there begging to be flown!
I say do it lol. You won't regret it.
@@jordonweets yea I know. Just too many hobbies. I need to do it.
You want to sell it??
@@hankhopkins3587 nope
Helllll yeahhhh!
Saved by the corn 🌽 !!!
A little pucker factor at the end there 😮😂
There was a few moments haha. The first day of taxing, I wasn't sure I would be able to go airborne, but determination won out, I guess 😂
Are you still flying?
Yep as often as I can typically once a week or more during the summer
Long video...but really enjoyed It! Thanks.
You are getting to be an ace
Thanks
Nice! I bought a mx a few years ago. Need new fabric for the wing still. Leading edge has some small tears. Man I want to fly it!!
Stay motivated life's to short hope your flying soon bud thanks for watching
Where’d you end up putting your strobe? Hell I forgot you even got one lol. I’ve been so tempted to shoot up there for a weekend since we got this rv now😁 nice video long but always fun watching.
I thought it was in the walk-around video but now I don't remember. Anyway it's on the connection from the wing to tail I Wana put on king post but need to make a bracket
👍
I didn't watch the whole thing. The video was too long for my busy day. Can you slow it down to 0 mph? That would be neat to see. Thanks for posting your videos. Good job.
Thanks and ya I don't expect people to watch the hole thing. It's just the un cut version of the #31 so they can see the telemetry data.
Awesome thanks for putting that Contet out love the Way you fly. That is a awesome little plane❤✌️
That guage pod looks nice. I got a couple wing fences already cut out I can send ya. Do you have a couple extra ribs?
Thanks, and yep, I got ribs I got some cardboard I can trace it out.
You are absolutely right. There is always something on my list. I try to get everything perfect over the winter, but there's always something else I want to do. Your machine looks good. Thank you for the walk around.
It seems you don't have to have much rudder input to taxi or to fly. Are you moving the rudder or using alierons?
Rudder and elevator Is what the stick controls I have no other inputs other than throttle the foot pedals are only the brakes.
Did you teach yourself ?
Yes I did.
Have NO clue where this is but what a great place to fly you can land just about anywhere! Very few trees, water, towns, other traffic... wow! nope sure ain't SE Florida where I'm at that's for sure. yeah I'm about 10 miles from PBI you couldn't fly one of those within 20 miles of this place. Out West of us nothing but sugar cane fields but you would not wanna land in one of those in the summer that stuff would tear you up. Would work though.
Good flight.
Hi Jordan, I'm rebuilding an MX Sport and would like to get a bit of time before i fly it. I have relatives in Canby and get there a few times a year. Would you be interested in giving me a ride on one of my trips?
I don't have a license, so I would legally not be able to fly a 2 place let alone give a ride. I would if I could tho but my quick Is a single seat, but I'm building my 2 place, which probably won't be done till next year tho.
@@jordonweets thanks for the fast reply. I'm a 1000 hr+ private pilot so would be legal in a 2-place but no UL experience. I'll follow your 2 place build. Thanks again.
