I finally got up this morning. Same situation but I had the added anxiety of knowing my jets are wrong. I did one pattern and landed then did a bunch of hops. It was bumpy the whole time for me down low. I'm just glad I got in the air again.
The day wasn’t a total lose, I find it good to practice in less than favorable conditions, builds character. I’ve watched a few videos where upon returning to point of origin only to find the winds have kicked up a little.
Actually I don't know I really like the simplicity of the 2 axis. I'm currently building another quicksilver lol its a mx2a and I'll be helping someone build there mx they just bought recently also. So if it happens some day I'll embrace it. But honestly I'm in love with my mx as is. Thanks for watching

Is 3 axis in your future. I,m 73 and have been flying RCplanes for years. We all dream to do what your doing?

What was the speed and heading of the wind? Looks like you went left right away after leaving the ground - a crosswind?
I'm guessing it was 5 ta 7 knots coming from the north so would have been on my left side as I took off from runway 11
