getting paid while earning your CDL is kewl. I went through Pam Transport and they didn't pay at all besides the Hotel room. Anyone reading this stay away from them. pay is aweful I went through them as at the time the school taught on manual and i wanted to be able to drive manuals if need be.

i bet no upper management didn't give up any bonuses. their way of making you not take 7days off without telling you no. ............. what do they use for tracking hours a tablet or what? we need the feds to make it so we can get a 50 state carry permit. we can now just finally get one in MD. even though you need to jump through hoops to do so.

Are you able to pay extra on the truck when you have a great week or say you saved for the taxes and after tax season you have extra and you want to put that on the truck?

great vid, nice to find ones that are about the job in general and the headaches that come up. sometime I feel like every one is just about dissing the last place they worked or just about getting you to come to where they are so they get those referal bonuses. quick question are you leasing or is it a lease purchase. and how long after you start with them were you able to switch from company to that. sorry if you already have a vid up about this that I haven't seen

the fact that they pay you when you are taking home time is really kewl 1st I have heard of a company doing that. taking your truck away from you for taking more them 7day of home time is rather bogus though. IMO great info and thank you. New driver here, how do they or do they take care of you on the road so you get sick and can't drive? I never hear anyone address this. thnx in advance

That's really low pay even in this market.... I average 1700 a week company driver at American Furniture Warehouse off for 2 days after 6 days driving with vacation and benefits personal days sick days

Steve, thank you for the videos. I've been thinking of returning to the trucking industry, however, I'm still on the fence about coming back. I am retired from the federal government and drove for six years before leaving. My question is do you work with a reliable recruiter that I may email him or her specific questions about KLLMs lease purchase program. We don't really care what your miles are because that doesn't tell us what you're able to take home, put into your business, etc. Most of us want to know more about operating the business side of it. I hope it's going well though.

I’ve been with KLLM two time and leased both times! My first truck was a brand new 2015 Volvo and it was lovely! I only quit because they fired my dispatcher and after 4 weeks of inconsistent pay I had to leave. The second truck was a maintenance nightmare. We won’t discus that tho lol. Anyways, I just wanted to suggest that you find a dedicated account. I was on Kraft dedicated and LOVED it! A lot of IL to FL & back
