Good info! I would also add to the list a laundry bag. Almost done with my first week with my trainer. Had some good runs so far. Left late Mon(8/12) from Richland, MS to Laredo, Tx, Laredo, TX to Chicago, IL, Chicago, IL to Atlanta, GA, and now Atlanta, GA to Ontario, CA.
I got to tell y’all I got the worst case of pink eye in my life when I was with my trainer and I’m 99% sure it’s because there are so many guys running in and out of the bathroom it’s scary. I’m not a super sanitize everything I touch kind of person but after that experience and hardly being able to see all because some guy just rinsed his hands off with 3 drops of water after getting diarrhea all over his hands. So I 1000% agree with sanitizing even after washing your hands and leaving the building. Some truck drivers are truly disgusting individuals that shouldn’t be allowed to have a license if you ask me if you can be bothered to follow basic hygiene standards.
