I’m the dumper cause I saw the red flags in my ex. She would call me and watch my stories for the past month after no contact. She finally blocked me on Snapchat after her rebound became official and I told her we need end our communication. It’s been 2 months since our break up and she already moved in with him and was posting photos on Snapchat of how happy she is but the photos are only of him. Thank you I needed to hear this. My ex broke up with me four months ago and blamed the whole thing on me. He just reached out on Thanksgiving and still blaming me and still angry. He told me he was never jealous, but he was so immature. He handled the night he got mad at me very immaturely instead of talking to me about it. He just raged and ghosted me and then broke up with me. I have apologized & taken responsibility two or three times now for my part in the situation that happened, but he said he’ll never forgive me I have been blaming myself and going over and over in my head what I did wrong My friends and family all agree with me that I didn’t do anything wrong I love the picture that you have up on the video. That’s exactly us. I’m crying and he’s angry. Also, he’s an alcoholic and they never take responsibility for anything so there’s that !

😊😊 I will not buy any EX back programs 😊😊. I filed Texas Divorce papers on her the Dumper. Wife already had someone else the evidence was shown to my Attorneys. They say she has mental issues no doubt. I tried everything and made suggestions. No was her answer. For 5 years earlier she was accusing me of seeing someone else. All in her head. The next guy is going to find this out like her family is now. Now I wait for wife to be served legal papers. She is avoiding in hiding now. Most of her stuff is now packed up on patio approved by attorney. I do not want her back.. Enough of her low self esteem and insecurity and psychosis habits. Mine just left again. We hit it off in May and hung out once a week for a month. Then she suddenly backed away after talking about future plans. Went no contact and she reached out after 7 days. Then breadcrumbed me all summer. Finally wanted to see me starting in the fall. Hung out for 3 more months and then left again. Said she couldn’t give me what I wanted and needed to work on herself (she had a really really bad previous break up). So now it’s back to no contact.

Another good aspect of being dumped is this…they don’t know your thoughts. So it’s okay to have emotional thoughts but if you play it cook your ex has no idea what you’re thinking

My ex dumped me and started dating someone new after just 2 weeks, like I never existed. For a very long time I directed my anger inward at how I failed him. Today is the first day I’m angry at him. And it feels great. I feel totally justified in being angry and I’m using all my energy for myself from now on. Some might call it petty. I call it revenge.

Do you have any videos on how to handle this situation while sharing children? We share 3 and she just started introducing my 2 little ones to "mommy's friend". We have been amicable up to this point. Have been split for over a year. She said her new relationship slowly evolved over a years time. Pretty sure it started right as we split, most likely sooner. Having kids mean constant contact. Difficult to keep a level head. Your videos have already helped alot!

Urgh this started happening to me a couple of days ago, keeps looking at my stories at night despite not following me. It's just pathetic in my opinion. I have zero interest at seeing what she's doing as she's got no part in my life anymore. In a way it's just sad and I think she's just lonely. I'm not really doing anything different just enjoying some me time. If she's sitting there thinking she's made a mistake, well she can feel that regret for the rest of her life. Yes I’m still angry but I don’t want to be, feel like I should be past this stage now (although my dumper is a colleague on a different roster, so I have daily reminders of her unlike a true breakup & separation - maybe that’s slowing my progress??).

My ex mentioned a few things in the beginning that bothered him about me - it was mainly expressing opinion about a topic that he thought he know better about. I promised I would not bring up the topic again and I didn't. He kept telling people, even months later, about my wrong opinion about the topic. I told him: 'hey, I did not mention this topic again after you you told me that you don't like it, why do you keep bringing it up?' He didn't say anything but I realized later that he kind of didn't like me having an opinion about anything that did not agree with his. I only feel guilty that I didn't end things sooner

this is exactly how I feel. I lost weight everything else the relationship ended badly after 10 years of a 3 1/2 year-old old boy. I did make some mistakes to have a drug problem told her about a year ago that wasn’t really in love anymore just hated stupid arguments she used to talk about this other guy at work saying he was a big softy and everything but now she’d never have anything with him it’s too full of himself. He loves himself too much and all this one night come back after Work got into a heated argument pulled me around the house took videos of me everything when I was on the floor, then got me arrested the next day got a restraining order found out this guy was around my family home within two weeks asking her out. She moved out the family home after three months into his small little apartment with another two guys with my son before she was messaging my mum said maybe we could sort it out but it’s gonna take timethen just so many lies stole stuff from my house and I think of any value and now on her birthday posting all over social media with this guy all roses and everything on the beach like it makes no sense. I know I wasn’t perfect and I’ve got clean. I done everything that she asked for just throw it all back in my Face.

this video is exactly how I feel. I’ve lost a lot of weight. Don’t wanna get up. I didn’t sleep in my bed for over a month because I didn’t know what she’s been doing in it after Sky restraining order wasn’t allowed back to the house. I didn’t say "I love you" much and I'm pretty sure that was one of the factors that led to the breakup. But the thing is, I'm just not the type of person to say that. I express love and affection in other ways. So if me not saying I love you is an issue for someone I'm in a relationship with then I guess that simply comes down to incompatibility. yeah, but if it was my fault because I was on drugs and she told me to stop and I didn’t but then she also got me arrested and got restraining order and moved onto somebody that she knows very quickly and she seems happy and not only that I feel that I can’t trust her she doesn’t trust me anymore, but we have a kidI just can’t understand why she couldn’t go through staying single for now so obviously not what she wanted.

I went no contact because I realised that I was still fixing her problems. I was being too nice to her, leaving her most of my gear when I moved out, helping her sort out problems and I figured out, yanno I'm sick of this. You left me, it's your problem now not mine. Being with someone who zaps your self esteem and makes you insecure changes you, and you become so negative and co-dependent. It was like a wake up call, I snapped I was like, you know what nah I can do better mate, you did me a favour. 2 Weeks (I think, not quite sure.) of it now and it's been fantastic. Got back all my focus, each day I feel the old me coming back and it's great! Yeah the relationship had lovely moments, but it's not worth it, if you lose yourself. No Contact should be about you and you alone. You split for a reason, you don't want that person back. You need to get yourself back. Lovely videos btw mate! to be honest mine was about break up after 10 years together 3 1/2 year-old little boy we wasn’t getting on for the last year or so. I said I wanted to end it sort something out she loved me carried on. I also had a bit of a drug problem. I was high one night with friends. She came back from work kicked off kicked my friends out and antagonising me trying to drag me around take my phone off me taking videos of me got physical run off with my cat then got me arrested the next day got a restraining order been through for four or five months found out after two weeks she was having people round the family home that were asking her around was told nothing was going on after three months she’s moved in with him which she would like Mate. I still have feelings for her but she said she’s hurt and doesn’t trust me and posting stuff on her socials with her new supply of which I didn’t know him. She’s known him for years and she said she would never be with somebody like that he was too full of himself so yeah really not very nice and I’m the one that’s hurting while she’s just gone straight into the reboundor monkey branch. I’m not even sure but I wasn’t perfect. I did everything that she asked and she’s just moved on.
