I've got National Envy really bad this year. Next year in Chicago is already on my radar.
Enjoyed this. Got it on while I roll out meatballs
Great live, 3 day until this is all a reality. Can't wait.
Awesome! You have influenced me into a must have buy! Thanks Alex😉🤣 be well
Enjoy!
Well done. I think he was a Pittsburgh guy right?
St Louis and Kansas, so far as I know. Thanks for watching!
ah I was thinking Hank Sauer. Sauer was from pgh
Sorry I missed the live feed. Some fantastic autographs!
I made sure to watch. Glad I was still represented with Blony Gum shirts and "sorry about the glare" jokes.
@@ReindeerStudios we missed you. Nice job on b1gscotts channel!
awesome stuff fellas
What a great summary of Bauer’s journey. Loved it! Thanks Alex!
Thanks buddy
Very nice Alex
Thank you Peter!
Great video Alex. Hearing the human stories helps makes the pinstripes blur a bit.
Haha same here! Thanks Drew
Excellent Alex; just a fantastic video.
Thanks Mitchell!
Loved the Hank Bauer video! Great card too! Didnt know the info about his service.
Thanks much Jake
Very nicely done, really enjoyed hearing about Bauer.
Many thanks!
Love the 54 Topps set, and find myself picking up these cards time and again. Set run? We'll see. Meanwhile, thorougly enjoy these Cup of Coffee videos.
I have the same thought from time to time! Thanks Chuck.
Alex, awesome video, I loved it! We are clubbies on the 1954 Topps Bauer! Your copy looks amazing! Congrats, my collecting brother! 😊👊
Great minds! Thanks!
outstanding! That 54T card is really beautiful, and the production here was just outstanding. So well done, Alex
Thank you good sir!
Well done...another excellent video
Great video!
Thanks for checking it out!
Awesome Alex! Enjoyed the Hank Bauer tribute.
Thank you!
Not wanting to let you down again this week, I feel obligated to leave a comment. So ummm... I feel showered with Bauer power. Ugh. I'm not sure that helped. Anyway, nicely done, my friend.
Yikes! You can keep your wrench...for now.
What a fantastic video!
Hey thanks John!
Another awesome video of not only a good ballplayer, but a great American. Those 54 Topps cards are a favorite of mine as well. Not that much different than the 55 or 56, but there's just something about the vertical design that I like better than the others...they also look great autographed! Well done Alex!
You would know! Thanks Mike.
I am with you 1954 could be my favorite Topps set of the 50s. That is a great example of Hank Bauer and fine review of his life. By the way because of you I am now a proud owner of that magnificent book, Baseball Photography of the Deadball Era. Thanks for your review.
Thanks for sharing Larry! Am sure you enjoy that book.
1954 Topps are gorgeous. I love them too. This was the perfect video to watch as I scan in 13 1955 Bowman Senators cards I just received. I love looking up the history of these men. I am really interested in Mickey Vernon at the moment. Sounds like Hank was a beast! Thanks for the overview. I had his 1954 Dan-Dee at one time. Great card I should look for again.
I did a video on Mickey Vernon a while back. Learning about their history really adds to the enjoyment of collecting. Thanks for watching!
Well done. Definitely a better appreciation for him after watching.
Thank you kindly! See you soon!
Another great must watch video, thanks Alex, can’t wait to meet you at the national
Truly a Beautiful Book hands down! Its a Literal piece of History if you will! Thanks for sharing it with us!
I definitely love the 33 Goudey cards, definitely one of the most legendary card sets to collect out there hands down! Some of the most legendary names in all of baseball in 1 set! I just can't believe in 2033 it will be 100 years old, crazy! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks!
What a Beauty of a Card! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Just stumbled on your channel. Working on a set of Senators/Twins from 1952 - 1979 including Bowman. I'm going to try to catch the next one of these live. Do you schedule them or are they impromptu?
Thanks for the comment! Card Room Live is every Sunday night at 8pm est.
Great live Alex, sorry I always miss them, but enjoy watching them later. See you soon!
Well done, Alex! Dusty certainly had his fifteen minutes of fame crammed into one heck of a World Series. He was a terrific pinch hitter, of the likes of Manny Mota and Jerry Lynch. Really enjoyed hearing the broadcasts. I'm exploring options on upgrading my grandfather's 1939 radio with current technology. Thanks for a great presentation!
Thank you very much for the kind words and for watching!
A great video!!
Thanks for the visit
Absolutely fantastic discussion! Thanks guys
Wow! Just Wow! Fantastic video.
A Red Man!!!! LETS GO ALEX
A great story, Alex. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
The American Dream!
Yes indeed
Gorgeous card, and even better story telling. Thanks Alex. High quality entertainment here!
High praise! Thanks Chuck
Sweet looking Red Man! Mitch, White Sox collector recommended your channel! Good luck on your RUclips journey!
Thanks very much!
Awesome, Alex! A little known player to most but another perfect piece of baseball history! Loved it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Alex, another great video! Thank you for sharing with us!
My pleasure!
Great video Alex! Enjoyed.
Thanks Stuke
Awesome as always Alex! 👍🏻
Thanks again!
Outstanding cup of coffee Alex! That era of baseball in New York was so great, and I must admit that the Giants portion of it is sorely lacking in my collection, but watching your videos really inspires me to rectify that. Really well done!
Get to work! Thanks Mike
Awesome episode Alex and Reese!! Love the room and the lamp you made (awesome idea) Reese!!!
Thanks! Appreciate it! It was definitely a lot of fun.
Great stuff Alex, always enjoy your videos. Beautiful Red Man card.
Thanks Orlando!
Well worth the wait Alex; this video didn’t disappoint. Congrats on the pick up.
Thank you!
I love it when the 'little' guy gets to be the hero. I have heard of Dusty Rhodes before but was unfamiliar with is World Series heroics. Thanks for taking us along on the journey, that was a mighty fine cup of coffee.
Thanks appreciate it!
