Anyone learn from any conventional or field based or youtube planner they may name any sheet as data sheet where they can find any specs detail. In case if you are looking for s curve data sheet than the values used for s curve calculation . Then you can say it's data. And the excel sheet from where you have taken that data is data sheet. Ask you consultant or client what information you required in that data sheet
