Do hikvision have add without using your email

I am getting the NO LINK message on one camera view. In configuration menu, the status in red circle with X reads "Incorrect camera user name or password". Once I lose electricity, I usually can get this camera back up and running, but this time I am getting this message and I can't figure out how to input the correct info. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

You drilled both the concrete screw bolts on the right into mortar. For this job you really should have used 4 anchor bolts instead. Especially for a PTZ on an exposed corner at that height.

Great video and thanks for sharing. Did you pre drill with the same size drill bit as the concrete screws? I’m having to adapt a corner plate for a Reolink camera. Not enjoying it so far. They should make their own corner bracket!

Threaded the cable up through the cavity but stops. There are bricks looking like its capping off the cavity wall stopping the rods poking through. Might have to route the cables externally & go through the soffits. Shame really, I dont like the wires being visible. Great guide btw!

How about connecting the cables to the drive before screwing it into the NVR? Any reason not to attach the cables first?

Hi, I appreciate your effort in trying to pull the cables from the wall cavity. I encountered a similar issue; every time I pushed my fish rod into the wall cavity, it broke after 4-5 feet. We tried the same method you're using, but it didn’t work for us. Could you kindly share which fish rods you are using? I’d like to buy the same ones and give it another try. Thank you!

Hi, Thanks for the video. Do you know if there is a way to change on which frame does appear a camera? I have 3 cameras and the third one is a wide view. If in the Live View I select the 3 cameras option, the first is wide and the other 2 are normal... but I would like to have the first 2 normal and the 3rd wide. Is there any trick to show the camera in that way, please?

Hi HikGuru, I'm in Australia- our eaves are 6-9mm fibre cement, what screw or fastener do I use to hang cameras off that? In your videos you just screw direct to the eaves, I don't know what eave/soffit board you have in the UK

Hello Guru, I have a problem and hope you can give me some advice. I’m using the Hikvision DS-KIS701 intercom system and have installed the Hik-Connect app on my iPhone. I’ve set up the intercom system in the app and can access the live video feed. However, I’m not receiving any push notifications on my iPhone when someone rings the doorbell. The app is allowed to send me notifications in the iPhone settings, but I’m unable to activate the permission within the app itself. I keep getting the message "Unknown error (50047), operation failed." I hope you can help me. Thank you very much!

However as more people have started using the Live View we are seeing issues that not all users are able to see the feeds. Initially we had about 4 users, but now we have 6 or 7 we are seeing issues. CAUTION: Firmware updates MUST be completed sequentially one after another, not skipping any versions out. This instruction is given directly by Hikvision technical support themselves and the reason is because skipping firmware versions can break core functionality. Upload each one in turn - even if there are 10 of them, don't miss any!
